1. Spin move isn't a travel if done correctly. MJ killed Kobe with that move, and Kobe said so in an interview. It's pretty much a drop step.

2. The swipe was all ball so should of been JJones ball. Devin brought up during Friga meet up with him because Friga retained the ball due to being "off" and of JJJ. It's when Friga said it was smart for Devin to bring it up.

3. Friga sucks at defense because his feet are slow, his stance is too high up, he puts too much weight on his front leg, and he steps instead of hopping on both feet.
awesome links. it's a dope move, esp. when done quickly. i watched that one of J in slow-mo tho and it looks pretty travel-y but he does it so fast i dont think it matters--but J's footwork is so elegant man, even the gather on that link u sent me is just beautiful. it's what i wish lebron had = P

I don't think it's a travel because he spins on his toes. My interpretation of a travel is actually taking a step, but like you said it can be interpreted either or. Exceptional players receive exceptions to the rules 😂.
I enjoyed the gather also without the "zero" step lol.
