I don't believe that they made Convertible Barracudas after 71. Obviously a custom job. Still a very Cool find! Definitely worth getting back on the Road!👍
I'm very happy for you! But, it appears someone has custom built that from a hardtop. As long as you're happy, that's all that matters! Beautiful garage & nice collection of Mopars! Best of luck!
Yes congrats on your find! First glance I thought it may have been a barracuda, with a 318 it could have been. But I am glad to see you got your dream. So Awesome 👍.
As a big block 1970 Barracuda owner I would agree although it’s a cool car, chopped to look like it’s factory, it’s not the Holy Grail and any suggestion there would be a Hemi under the hood is kind of out there too, more Brady Bunch watchers than Mopar people commented for sure.
Amazing barn find my friend .. congrats being a mopar guy myself im a huge fan of the cudas 💯👍 congrats 👌 now that being said i see you put the too down.. i take your not worried about your snake friend slithering around in ther an sliding into the cuda an waiting for you to take him for a ride too 🤣🤣🤣 lmao jus joking with bro !! Hopefully he is long gone 👍cheers an i lolk forward to the videos to come on getting it running etc 👍👍💯
Cindy told me tonight on the phone ya bought the Cuda. Congratulations! Even told me check out the video. I may be getting the NEWYORKER. If finances will allow....
We actually traced this back to a California company from the early 80s. We also seen a 60s Cadillac with the same "California' top" as they are called.
Cool find ! My dads 70 Cuda is sitn in the garage . My brother is thinking about selling it. Glass doors fenders hood 440 456 spool caltrack VI Mopar heads around $8000
Nice find, great rescue! I wouldn't beat on it too hard until you brace & reenforce it properly! Love the color! Are you going to put the top mechanism correctly or leave it as is? Dan at DD Speed Shop turned a '57 4 Door Hardtop into a roadster & you can't tell what it was originally unless you REALLY look hard! Either way, both of your cars are AWESOME! Looking forward to seeing you guys at The No Name Nats!
They Never Made a factory 72 Convertible from the factory. I know they made 2 challengers 72 Mod Squad Challengers.....When I was a kid I remember seeing a b-5 blue 72 convertible in Cuda with white top and Luggage rack. In Toronto Canada, But Thought I was crazy and to young to be correct. Maybe MANIX OR Brady Bunch or Mod Squad convertible.
First of all this is not a holy grail of anything it looks to me about a 73 74 318 2 Barrel car maybe a 340 4 Barrel but that's it. It is certainly not a Cuda it is a barracuda there is a very very big difference I think this will make a nice car but you better have some very Deep Pockets
@@BustedRadialGarage good luck like I said it will make a nice car if you can find all the parts. There's a junkyard in Alabama they specialize in Mopar I think it's called Stevens something I forget the name
Neat find, Reminds me of the car on the Brady Bunch 😎👍
Exactly! Good eye & memory.

Sweet find. Always nice to achieve a long term goal.

Yes sir..We are aware...That's the coolest part..The Craftsmanship!!...Thank you!
custom convertible can be problem if not done right
still cool though
It’s a little rough but…Everything is there. That’s HUGE
Thanks. I appreciate ya
Would appear to have originally been a factory air car, too !!
She will be making a comeback soon!!
You got yourself a great find Cuda' convertible that adds to your already cool collection!!! 💯👍
Thanks. Appreciate it
It's somewhat of a clone cuda convertible. It has potential👍
Thank you

great find ! glad you are choosing to keep the exterior as is enjoy your car !

Thank you.
Congratulations. I know how you are feeling
You got the only '72 Cuda convertible around, that's the one and only Brady Bunch Cuda.
Great car keep it the way it is .. get it sound and drive the tires of it.. the 318 is a great motor and will make serious power if you build it up..
Thank you
Misleading title. Definitely cool, and definitely better then i own but definitely not a “holy grail.
Thanks for the feedback...The "Holy Grail" I suppose is up to interpretation...To me it is a Holy grail car..Thanks again.
