I never gatekeep a fragrance. 100 people could wear my signature scent and we’ll all smell different because of our body chemistry. I’ma smell good regardless 😁

Lol im so petty i would gatekeep if i had a signature scent but gladly i dont do signature scents. You would be suprised, the past 3yrs all i smell in most places despite skin chemistry is BCR 540 and i dont like that. But im petty like i said 🤭

Hey Sharida! Thank you for not being a gatekeeper! I have Honor & Glory and it does smell delicious! Someone in the comments are absolutely correct when it comes to your co-workers wanting to know your fragrance and you tell them , everybody wears the same fragrance and it smells different on them.
I'm pretty generous when it comes to frangrances but the ones I wish I could gate keep are Iris Malikhan, the bewitching Yasmine, Jasmin Marzipan, Ivory route and Love tuberose. I don't know why these specifically
I’m at the point in my fragrance journey where people don’t compliment me unless I smell extra good. Bravi had someone melt when she hugged me and said “you always smell SO good!”.
Vanille leather is one that I’ve been loving but no compliments.

Good morning Sharida! When I lived back home on Maui, I had to gatekeep. 😆 We had one Macy’s and everyone shopped there for their fragrances. You either smelled like DKNY Be Delicious or Love Spell. I mean, every girl smelled the same!
The reason I could be different & have a perfume collection is bc we’d go to Perfumania on Oahu and that’s where I’d buy 5-6 bottles.
Today (no longer in Hawaii) I am no gatekeeper! I love talking about fragrances and I’ll hand out decants if I could. lol.

Don’t blind buy Bravi - I tested it last week. It’s heavy honey tuberose and not much else. I wish I got the walnut milk - I only smelled it in the far dry down maybe 3-4 hours in. You need to like VERY sweet white florals.
Your hair is thriving 😍 and I 100% gatekeep and I usually layer with the fragrance I’m comfortable sharing 😂😂😂

Gate keeping is funny to me. How can we gatekeep a fragrance that is mass produced. Clearly someone else will be wearing it. That’s why I don’t gatekeep. Thanks for sharing I love your channel. ❤❤❤❤
A lot of people where I live just go to the department stores and pick their fragrance so when someone ask me what fragrance are you wearing and it might be Trajan they’ll be like I never heard of that I think I started looking into other fragrances than just in my local department stores around 2019 and that’s because my signature scent had been reformulated I was so hurt I said I would not just have one fragrance to go to so I got on CZcams and began to listen to you Cheraye and a lot of others that I’ve subscribed to I began to order samples and decants I even turned my daughter on to BR540 and so many others that she probably wouldn’t have known about so Thank You so Much for your reviews as well as many others cause I’ve got my family and friends smelling good out here 😂 👍🏾👏🏽
I'm a modified gate keeper. 😂 I won't share my favorite rare gems online because I learned my lesson in the past. I STILL can't find a back up bottle to one in particular! However I will say what my scent is in person because I know regular folk aren't going to track it down.

I’m so glad someone finally reviewed Honor and Glory. I love it so much. I think it will be a summer scent for me. I got it as a gift for Christmas but I haven’t been reaching for it in the cold months. Can’t wait till summer I’ll be wearing this out, you hear me 😅😅😅. Plus it will have macerated for like six months so it’s gonna be soooooo soo good by then. 💕💕💕

Honor and Glory is so good especially with the price point. I love smelling myself when I wear it. Also, to my nose I get Erba Pura/Kirke like DNA.
I always love your makeup. So stunning! And today's makeup look is one of my faves! Even though I know this is a fragrance channel, I would love it if you could shout out (or put in the description) your makeup products used for each video. Doesn't have to be a full list of every product lol. Just maybe the lip color or eyeshadows. But if you decided to full on do a makeup channel I would follow that too!!!

I don't usually gate keep but I'm such a layer girl that people can't really decipher what exactly they're smelling. But also my fave for lifer that I bust out when I'm feeling like that chick is Balenciaga Florabotanica (that a stranger was wearing and kindly didn't gate keep from me) and with that being discontinued I KNOW everybody ain't wearing her!👏🏾

Can I just say that Chocolate Queen is too close to Dolce Passione to me to have both even with both having gorgeous bottles. Yes the fruit makes the difference but it feels like a Lattafa’s twist on an established fragrance (to MY nose obviously lol) so I stuck with Passione. I feel about it how you do about Chocolate Queen. Yes I have 2 bottles, both partials but one is mostly full and I still want them both🤣🤣🤣🤣 none full price 🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾.

They don't smell anything alike to me. 5 is super mucky & ambery. I don't really get the same thing with Youth Memory.
I must say at times I love to gate keep. That Bravi did not work for me. I am interested in trying that Vanille Leather although I hate the leather note. The one fragrance I am totally obsessing over right now is Triumph of Bacchus by Argos❤ OMG!🤦🏾♀️🤷🏾♀️🙋🏾♀️

They are quite different to my nose. VL is so ambery to me unlike Cuir. Both vanilla leathers but nothing a like to my nose.

Matter of fact I heard someone last night on here saying the reason they didn't like the Badee honor and glory because all they could smell was the turmeric!! So how long would u say it needs to macerate
Mine was purchased the month they released it as a new fragrance so I had it for several months now. Had not smelled it in a couple months so I would think a bottle that is 3+ months old would give u a better idea of what the scent is.

I love honor and glory. I found it on Amazon and hadn’t seen any reviews but I read the notes and wanted to try something I found. After purchasing I did go to fragrantica and see a bunch of bad reviews and some good soo I got a little nervous. But I love the smell. I can see a sexy man wearing it as well! Had a guy sniffing deep on my neck saying how good I smelled 🤷🏾♀️ WORTH IT!

Great video as always! I will definitely be adding a few of these intriguing fragrances to my wishlist. Believe it or not the most unique fragrance in my small but steadily growing collection is Nobody Knows from Zara. It totally took me by surprised when I smelled it very much by chance because I was simply browsing with no intention to buy. The effect of it was totally unexpected to me. I will probably release a video about it next week. I believe it's discontinued though so I don't even have to gate keep it. 😆 I'm sure it can be found on ebay or Mercari though. It's bold, unique, intense and just different. Glad I got my hands on it in store.

Pleasantly surprised to have found that I have tried at least one one perfume out of this list which is Honor and Glory. To me, it smells very similar to or at least in the same vicinity of Amouage Sunshine Woman. I snagged a tiny decant of ASW some time back and was pleasantly surprised by it. I would not go so far as to say that I love it but it definitely was unique and pleasant most of the time. That one has tobacco whereas Honor and Glory has turmeric. I also found one comment in Fragrantica corroborating my thoughts on this. I would like to mention that those that are very familiar with turmeric, may or may not be put off by the note here as it is pretty prominent. I still think it's one of the better offerings from Lattafa if it suits you. The scent profile is a bit uncommon and may appeal to those who love spicy gourmands with a twist. It is definitely much more affordable than Amouage.
On my skin Sunshine Woman smelled like cigarettes 🚬. I was not expecting it but that white tobacco really turned on me 😅
Ah got it. I associate some pleasant childhood memories with the bitter sweetness of tobacco so it usually smells nicer to me. But yes, I can imagine it turning unpleasant- ashtray like sometimes. Even for me it was a "Like" but not "Love".@@SharidaM

I have not smelled Decas but Bravi is really heavy on the honey and walnut milk, no resins, so I doubt it they will smell similar.
I do gatekeep but theres this one beautiful juice. Every time i wear it i get compliments and asked what it is. This house has scents that are gems. Genetic bliss 2787
