Hey guys, no commentary for this one. I'm just using this time between Christmas break and the new season starting to chill and play some high Elo solo queue, see how high I can get before the season reset. Proper videos will resume once the new season begins!

I'm a fan and watched for a while anyway, but for what it's worth...your commentary matters quite a bit i noticed. Plus, when I'm doing virtually anything else, it's sometimes fun to just listen to your thought process....Everyone deserves a small break and the fact you put the videos out this way shows your dedication and that is appreciated, so there's no shade here. Just wanted to share the difference in experience from your normal uploads. In any case, look forward to the next one, and ty for the content you put out, hope you and your family had some happy holidays! P.S. I especially like the aphelios videos, and hearing how far ahead and learning about the 3 skill combos you put together...he's unque in that way.

Saw you going purple red white green blue in at least the first two games. I know that this is a legitimate gun order, and pros usually even prefer it over the regular gun order, but what exactly is that reasoning behind it? I get that green blue has decent kill potential with blue q into green q and green r, but is that really worth sacrificing the white green into green purple swap combo? Or is the gun order you choose more comp dependent in general?
It’s mostly personal preference really … D1 EUW Master Peak Aph here, I prefer the power of Blue Green. The “standard” cycle has all around decent combos, while the green blue / purple red sacrifices a bit of power with red purple being a bit worse, it gains power during the green blue phase.
Something noteworthy would be that when you’re in late game doing objectives, you usually want your green/white for maximum dps and zone control, right? When there’s a fight breaking out now, then I feel more confident swapping to blue green, rather than purple green, for a better teamfight.

hey i’m trying to improve my aphelios and i have a question at 3:04 couldn’t you just q for root and swap q auto on blue to kill jinx earlier instead of coin flipping the 1v3 ?
That was spacing gone wrong. It was always my intent to root Jinx and turn back to hit her with blue. I just didn't anticipate that the Jinx W slow + minion block would keep me moving sideways for a full second instead of pathing into Jinx as easily as I had initially pathed away from her.
The benefit of spacing her there before turning is that I drag her closer to Senna and closer to my wave, her actively moving towards me is a mistake, so not until she turns around to leave is it optimal to root her and turn on her, since I want her as overextended as possible. It's mainly the minion block that turned it into a huge missed opportunity and made it seem like I didn't even intend to turn on her.
