Samebike problems in 6 months, start with hand, battery, start without key all out of control

I bought it for bike to work or grocery for 6 month. There's so issue for open the bike with remote control and selfdrive (0 start) I contacted the customer service with this video, like they wished me to do. Unfortunately, they don't reply me anything. 0 responds!

Hello, i have the same problem with the battery, when I unlock it, the safety stud does not fit enough to release it from the frame, I had to pry it with a large flat screwdriver. I'm going to disassemble it to modify or replace the locking system

You need to unlock battery from underneath the bike for you to take battery out ..hope this helps

I noticed that the speedometer can have condensed water inside the plastic cover of the display. I think the whole right side (throttle and speedometer) is not perfectly waterproof. I put the Samebike out in the bright sun for about 3 to 4 hours without driving it and the fog behind the display disappeared and did not come back. If you have water in there the system could have sustained permanent damage and needs replacement, or you're lucky and you can just let the water vapor escape and it's okay again. How ever, worth a try I'd say. Good luck everyone.

Indeed..... After using it until now. I asked customer service and also tried to repair in bike shop. The bike shop told me it could have special setting system so they couldn't repair for me. I have it for 2 years, it's still working but craking sounds loudly while I bike on it......
It's a good price of Samebike, but it's not really user friendly.

i thought the key lock on the underside of the aluminum frame by battery was to release battery..

I covered my lcd over with some see through plastic to protect it from the rain ..hope this helps..

No, no, no...... And no one in the town can fix it... Fortunately, bike is still rolling after 4 years.
