- Getting the tiny home into position was very intense. Watch how close we came to the trees and dragging on the ground. Please consider supporting this channel by sharing, liking, and subscribing. Thank you all very much for watching.
Huge thanks to David for filming
Huge thanks to my neighbor Tom for helping me back this in. Your experience and expertise saved the day.

Please help me get 1000 likes on this video. I would love to hit that for my first time. Thank you.
That was mind bogglingly stressful thing to watch. Congrats on getting this major addition delivered and installed. Gotta say you guys deserve so much credit for the work you've done, and your ability to wear a hundred hats to get things done. Excellent.
Much appreciated! I like to say that I'm a Jack of all trades. Master of none. Definitely got to wear many hats out at Everstoke. I sure didn't think I would have to back a house in between trees like that. Glad you liked. Thanks
One of your best videos to date. The struggle is real driving a truck with that much weight attached
Totally, I was really nervous about the trailer pushing the truck around. Couldn't have done this without my spotters. Tom and David were awesome.
This was your best video so far! Great job! The cameraman did a great job! Kudos.
Glad you enjoyed it! Maybe I need to have a cameraman more often. I really felt like this one was a fun video to do. Hopefully, I'll be able to keep making some micro improvements as time goes on. Thanks for the kind comment.
There was some tense moments there for such a big tiny home, but it sure is luxurious and boogie. I'm glad I was there to help you out and and looking forward in taking advantage of its usage when everything is in place.🤙
Thanks again for all the help. That was really intense getting through the trees. Especially after the truck slipped a little closer. Glad it all worked out.
@@mtbingadventures1551 Agree and my pleasure! See you out there soon!
Seeing the tiny home up on that hill in person really makes one appreciate how you guys got this done! That hill is no joke. Thanks again for letting my dad (Ben) and I crash at the campsite on Friday!
It was awesome meeting you. I'm glad you guys were able to make it out.
It looks amazing! Kudos to you for being patient and persistent with getting it up the driveway even though the tiny house company assured you over the phone that they'd handle it... haha
Thank you, I'm glad you like it. I'm glad I can use my dad's truck to get out of sticky situations.
Yea! That truck seemed helpful along with a little bit of help from some friends! 😁 Can't wait to see it in person!
Looks amazing!
Sweet! Thanks
when i was a kid i used to have to guide my dad while he backed up our trailer... i learned very early on, to just tell him which way the trailer needed go (let him figure out how to make that happen), and yell if he was going to hit anything.
That's cool. Good stuff to grow up with. As this was happening we ended up going with which way to turn the wheel. Seemed like it kept me from getting as confused. If they said driver then I would turn counterclockwise, and clockwise for passenger. It didn't start out that way but we all got on the same page in a short amount of time.
@@mtbingadventures1551 btw, love the progress you guys are making. my property dev, stalled when i got the estimate for the septic. i wanted to have a little office in the desert, now i just have a little desert. lol.
@@lostman65 it's crazy how much stuff costs now. We did the septic ourselves and it still ended up costing around $5k with all the materials. That doesn't include backhoe rental. I hope you are able to get it done one day.
Everyone not named Tom outside the truck completely out of their element and adding to the pressure of the situation.
Slow & steady wins the race, nice work.
I felt like David was great. He got excellent footage of the truck and trailer. He relayed Tom's directions when I couldn't hear too well (loud diesel engine). The three of us started to really meld together in how much to turn the wheel and which direction. The other guys were pretty much just watching the live action. I think my biggest concern was the edge of that landing giving away. That would have really been bad.
@@mtbingadventures1551 I just thought he sounded stressed, it made me stressed. Good work all around though.
@@bexo34 I'm sure he was a bit stressed. 😆 I was definitely excited and stressed
"Buy a Giant, Tiny Home"...haha. Great work...sounds good, looks good.
😁Makes sense doesn't it? Giant and tiny describing the same object
Scary moments that's for sure!!! Nice job with that old beast!
I'm glad my friend Tom was there. I don't think I would've tried to pull that off without him there to guide me. And, the Beast is such a great truck. I'm so glad my dad took great care of it.
Awesome job!!
Thanks 😊
I could watch this all day. Can’t wait to see the update videos on the tiny house.
Me too, I'm not sure how many I'll be doing. Just setting things up and making connections. Should have a few more in the following weeks.
Hundreds, maybe thousands of mtb vids I've watched and my heart rate stays fairly stable...this however, i need a cold shower. Amazing job everyone!
Awesome, thanks. I'm glad the video shows how intense it was. I couldn't poop for a week. 😅
@@mtbingadventures1551 This was the driving/towing equivalent of Remy hitting new lines in Squamish. Just as nerve wracking and awe-inspiring.
@@_drawkward_ that's great to know. I enjoyed putting this video together. Fun getting some great comments like this.
Awesome bro 👍
Thanks ✌️You have to get back out before winter comes. Massive trail riding needs to happen.
Nice!
Thank you
That was exciting!
Yeah, that got bit butt puckering. 😆
Sooo awesome cool
Thanks, glad you really like it
AWESOME 👍🚵🏻
Thanks
Right on, congrats on getting that beast up there! It's going to be a great addition to Everstoke.
I think so too! It looks so awesome when I drive into Everstoke. Thanks
woo hoo! been looking forward to this vid ever since we left Everstoke that afternoon. I was surprised how roomy it felt inside. I'll bring the family for sure : )
Such a great weekend. I'm really glad to capture a lot of this excitement and put it on CZcams. I look forward to you guys all coming back. Great group!
Great job backing that in there. BTW - love your truck. 1st gen Cummins 4x4 with a 5 spd. Those are pretty rare these days. I hardly ever see them over here in the rust belt. Good looking tiny home!
Thank you very much. My dad bought that truck and took amazing care of it. It was definitely his favorite toy. My brother and I are going to keep it in the family for as long as we live.
Man, good job. Knowing how to properly back up a trailer, let alone a beast like that is definitely an underrated skill. 👍
Thanks 👍, this was a tough one. Felt like the truck could've got pushed around very easily at times. Very hard to see all the corners of the top and very bottom too. Total relief to have it in place.
Dame good job 👍👍👍
Thank you! Cheers!
Badass!
Thanks, I'm trying to make that my catchphrase 😆.
That RAM 4x4 is no joke
We named it the Beast before this massive achievement. It truly lived up to it's name. My dad would be super proud of his truck.
Awesome! Looks great!
Glad you like it. I'm hoping for it to be booked out.
@@mtbingadventures1551 You shouldn't have much problem getting it booked.
Who manufactured the tiny house?
Nice lodging solution! Portability does seem nice in case of a fire. Thanks for posting.
Thanks for watching! I think this was one of my favorite video edits I've ever done. It was a real pleasure to share this one.
i knew you had it from the start. good job man. fancy up there now :)
It's definitely getting better all the time. Once we get more solar energy and battery backup, then it will be really awesome. We have a backup generator with an electric start. Working for something bulletproof in the winter.
Really awesome I can’t decide if you’re the legend of video or that Dodge 250! BRAVO!
Thanks 👍maybe Dodge will sponsor me. LOL
That cameraman sounded really familiar, I think he has a future on CZcams. That Dodge is SICK!
You came out of hibernation. LOL. Gotta have the best of both worlds. EV power and Diesel power baby. The truck was definitely one of my dad's favorite toys.
Oh yeah, come on out to Everstoke and let's ride dude
CZcams misses you RC 😊
@@cobykluth1878 exactly! It just isn't the same without him
Wow! Aaron great job getting that beast up the hill and parked! I bet you are one happy camper, literally! Hahaha! Awesome
I am! I was really worried about this project. The days leading up to it and the process of getting back there. One tiny mishap could've been very expensive. My dad would be proud of his truck
@@mtbingadventures1551 yeah he would have been proud of you and his truck! I was worried about those two trees you had to thread through! Haha! Great job! Have a great week!
@@ronanderson5736 I should've put a tape measure between the tree and the truck at it's closest point.
AWESOME!
Thanks, be able to check it out next time you camp
Wraparound front porch with redwood decking after the pool deck 👌
@@danjones1365 Yeah, it could use a 12' deck all the way around. Would be a great hang-out area to have an Ale or scotch & a cigar. I'd love to work on building that.
@@furion.. come on out. I can definitely use help with the deck. That would be awesome.
@@danjones1365 for sure
W😍W! Very nice !
Thanks
I always love it when I see you've uploaded another video. That open spot to the left of the restroom sink could be a great spot for a standing Head!
I think we're going to be completely rebuilding the Grumper station in the future. Possibly two bathrooms with a shower and bike wash area
@@mtbingadventures1551 I was expecting you to get 5-6 people to jump into the bed of the truck for traction but that monster of a truck handled it!
@@furion.. my beer gut was enough weight to do the job. 😁
@@mtbingadventures1551 With *_MY_* beer-gut you could've used a mini-truck 😄
Nice job! Was real team work to get that in place
I was lucky to have a great neighbor like Tom to come help. He saved the day. David was the camera man and did awesome at getting all the action on video.
@@mtbingadventures1551 Tom definitely kept a cool head, gave calm clear instructions, exactly what was needed 👍🏻
I got a little behind on the Everstoke progress but I’m enjoying catching up again now. Keep up the good work Aaron
Damn...I knew that you got it up there ok, but watching this still stressed me out! Lol. Congrats man...Im excited for you!
Thanks, I'm trto make more intense videos these days. I think I pulled one off. 😁
Oh man - I gotta visit!!!
Hell yeah, I got your couch in there now
Holy cow that was some stressful driving there,Aaron! Well done to all of you! Nice tiny home!
Thank you. It's awesome to make more of a dramatic video for a change. The tiny house is really cool. It's still unbelievable to get that on the property.
@@mtbingadventures1551 Don't ever let go of that Dodge! That's a great machine!! What year model is it?
@@furion.. It's staying in the family for as long as I'm alive. My dad only put 130k miles on it. It's 1993, 5 speed manual transmission. Definitely built for power. He loved just cruising around in that truck.
@@mtbingadventures1551 POWER-WAGON!
Should have gone with a Back Country Tiny Home. Epic designs
Maybe for our next one. But that will be a long way down the road and if we are successful with Everstoke
@@mtbingadventures1551 did yo look at thier builds? pretty neat. i used to wire up their electrical. ;-)
Creating Value
Cool, I'm definitely trying
Geezus! I need a cigarette after watching that!! Great teamwork getting it up there! I was so worried the fill dirt on the right side was going to fail!
That was another huge concern of mine. I drove over all of that many times with my Tesla, but the weight of the tiny home is pretty massive. I'm massively relieved that it worked out.
@@mtbingadventures1551 How do you sit down with balls that big!!?!!? (Remember, I gave up quickly trying to back our van up there... I felt like I was reliving that brief episode, except with something 50x more challenging!)
@@barker83 😅it's just determination. I didn't want to come so far just to fall short of getting this mission accomplished. BTW my wife also wonders how I sit down. 🤣
I probably would’ve cut down the one tree closest to the out house to avoid the “goal post” situation. As someone who lives around lots of conifers, in an area not so far from Everstoke, the more I trees near the house that I can eliminate, the better! Great work tho fellas 🤙
I was seriously contemplating cutting it down. If we didn't get it when we did it would have been removed. Thanks
@@mtbingadventures1551 oh i hear ya. There’s always something more to do, and timing is not always on our side. Really psyched to see everything coming together at Everstoke 🤘🏻
Respect! So, THAT's what pickup-trucks are for. ^^
Yes they are! My dad picked out a good one. It has been handling some business.

What brand tiny home is this? Nice work!
Thanks, it was built by Uncharted Tiny Homes in Arizona. Good build quality but very slow to get my home built out.
What company built this amazing tiny home? Thanks!
Uncharted Tiny Homes out of Arizona. Great quality, but they were really slow to deliver
Thank you! Looking for a tiny home for our off the grid property in Montana.@@mtbingadventures1551
How can I make a reservation to stay at your tiny home? The link on your website does not work. Thanks, Joe@@mtbingadventures1551
Did I hear a Hawaiian? Cheee Hooo!
Possibly, I am not familiar with the Cheee Hooo, but I had some campers out there having a great time watching the show live.
I doubt a modern 3/4 ton could have done that…
It would be interesting to see. I don't want to be the one to try it though.
