Nice compilation of vids and I wish you a successful 2024! Quick question what do you think of cycling for goalkeepers do you do it and do you think it benefits gks?
Thank you! Cycling is a good way of improving your cardio fitness, and isn't as tough on the joints as running, so it's a great option if you want to work on that area!
Maybe this means 2024 needs to be my return to the pitch 🤔
