Create a video on Mhada process....some builders are saying its mandatory with area above 1 acre however some projects are not making it...howcome ? Mhada obviously decrease the resale value....Also how many number of flats of Mhada is allowed ?
On last question.You raised a very serious point. People are paying 5 to 10 lakhs as token amount which is very bad..I am struggling to find a flat in a under construction project..as projects are getting sold out before launching..
Demand is very High in pune , even people who are paying token amount there is no guarantee he will get the flat he likes
