Getting my hormones checked was the best thing I have ever done. Once I received the results, we realized that I had hypothyroidism and the medications I have to take have been life-changing. I highly recommend it! In my case, I do have to get blood drawn every two months and I am the same way with passing out during blood draws. Biggest tips- don't drink coffee before the blood draw and make sure to eat a good, balanced meal about 30-60 minutes beforehand. I would also let the nurse know ahead of time that you usually pass out or get lightheaded so that they can best help you! Sometimes having an ice pack and laying down also helps! I would back your favorite juice (helps with blood sugar levels) and pack a good snack like a protein bar. Best of luck!
Ugh I wish I could do this! I have Cholestrol/heart problems so I always have to fast when I get blood work. But I agree telling them helps, usually they can have you lay down or more supported!
The Amazon shopping struggle is real! I saw a tip to add things to your cart and only check out once a week and honestly it has helped me SO much. For some reason waiting a few days makes me question my impulse buys a lot more!

Thank you Katie for all the ideas you shared. I have 3 goals similar to yours too . The first one is of course get more sleep , I need to start a workout routine, I have 20 to 30 in’s I want to shed and I would like to start reading a bible scripture to feel more confident and to love me more not putting myself down all the time. Me too I have to be consistent again I miss being and feeling at my best weight. I also need to declutter my closet and drawers and makeup I’m trying not to buy so many of it just straight to basic things. Financial I’m set but I would like to invest more so I can see where my money goes. Thank for some tips and ideas on your vision board I would like to see my vision board on my lap top too 😊

I find podcasts are becoming so saturated by CZcamsrs who decide to start them but they never really flourish and they aren’t as consistent. That being said, it’s a great business move and I will support whatever you decide. I think it’s a smart decision for you to continue to think about it before jumping into it too fast! 😊
