And effects on pgwp/ can they work if gap between two programs is more than 5 months. No video on this topic is available kindly give the detailed information sir. What to do if the persons 1st program is ending in December and 2nd program is starting in September and the gap is more then 5 months between two programs and 2nd program has only one intake which is September.What all options are available in such situations Kindly help with the information!

All up to us, if we study and learn really well then with experience you can land a job, ms project, JIRA, Excel are some common softwares that is used

@@sanjeevpreetam3746 Many engineers manage projects without any formal training. They learn on the job. Nowadays, companies have rigid rules and forms to fill, it is very hard to go wrong procedure-wise. Some engineers get PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.

I don’t think anyone without experience can get job directly as a Project Manager but you can look for entry level positions and start working to that path from there…

Hey 👋, I would suggest to look for entry level positions like project administrator, project associate, project coordinator etc. and try to edit your resume for each post according to job responsibilities, also keep applying until you find one, market is not that good at the moment- I applied for around 130 Jobs - Did interview for 4-5 - Selected by one ☝️
