I have my own issues where I have no what idea what content to make with my brain power and an audience that went down toliet
Most of content I wanted to make was back when I didn't had a laptop to work with nor a part-time job whiling I was in HS, and I dreaded the idea of HS + part-time job and looking back now, I kinda should've had the balls to just do it and maybe it would've been worth it.
Overall, still willing to give the idea of editing your videos a go and try.
Honestly, the type ones have been done there and back again so many times it's uninteresting to me. In fact most Pokemon content (other than the creative ones such as Soul of the Storm) has fallen suit as well. I just have no desire to do anything pokemon related. That's a fact that I have been denying for 3 years now (ever since the update video during the Persona 5 Royal livestream). I have finally accepted that fact. And it's not that I'm done with Pokemon in general. I like their games still and enjoy playing them, but I can't find myself to play beyond the story like I could back in Gen 6/7.
In regards to edited content, it's not that I don't want an editor to help either, I straight up don't have a clue about any other topics without getting into super niche stuff, and by then I've lost interest.
I just need to find myself, because sadly, this just ain't it anymore.
I'm a big advocate for creator mental health (it is a shame the algorithm punishes breaks so harshly) so if you aren't happy with your creation, find something that makes you happy (even if it means changing or stopping content).
For what its worth, I like the more narrative and trivia content, and am not as big on commentary content like lets plays or PvP (though I have been getting into some if I find the creator themselves to be entertaining characters, ya know?) Edited and cut down gameplay is much easier to watch though...
Yeah, I realize I like the content that takes more effort.
Well if anything, I'm probably going to archive this channel bar for the remaining Soul of the Storm eps when that starts. I can't see myself doing other pokemon content OTHER than the story based content like Soul of the Storm. If I want to continue doing that it will remain on this channel while anything else will go on a new channel. I've had a new channel sitting around inactive for almost a year and will probably move to that moving forward, however... It either will be confusing or offputting to active viewers here. I'll probably link that on the community page eventually when it nears.
