Thank you. Very timely. We are going to book the regular ocean view rather than doing preferred club. We had a similarly disappointing experience at the adults only Grand Fiesta Americana with lack of service and an alternating too hot or too cold room that had us either sweating or wearing our robes to bed. We enjoyed Secrets Huatulco but prefer PV to Huatulco for the plethora of things to do. Looking forward to viewing the video of your 2020 resort of choice. Enjoy!
We stayed in the suite room ... And it was beautiful. We have been about 3 times. They have always treated us respectfully and wonderfully. I am sad to hear that your experience was so bad...I have enjoyed this resort immensely, Everytime.
Wow, guys. Wife and I love your Vids. Really sorry to hear about your bad experience. We're uvc members and have done a ton of secrets as well and havent had an experience such as this yet. I pray you just had a couple random bad experiences. We just actually booked here for our first ever PV experience in April (first trip post baby). I'll be sure to update with our review as well. Hopefully they've righted the ship after you guys put them in notice. Thanks for your time and efforts putting these together!

@@Rosefinity unfortunately that trip got cancelled due to covid and instead of rescheduling there we ended up going to Secrets Cap Cana. Which was absolutely the nicest resort we've been too!
@@jasonhiggins605 Glad you enjoyed cap cana. I'm probably gonna go to Secrets Royal Beach Punta cana with my VIP week so that I can get the full 7 nights. But I have cap cana on my radar, I heard It's gorgeous.

Is it better to book with you guys then doing it through Expedia or other travel apps?
If you have never been or don't want to deal with the hassle, then, yes. But, if you have been before or are a DYI type person, then a website might be for you. Kari is an expert and will cover a lot of the details a traveler with less experience might forget.

Are the pools heated during November?
Yes. But it doesn't really get very cold there.
Too much complaining. Would have liked more hotel info. Just be happy. Life is good, right?
