Tools Needed: 0:00-2:25
Remove Bolts/Window Switch: 2:25-4:43
Remove Door Panel: 4:43-6:00
Remove/Replace Speaker: 6:00-8:25
Put Back Door panel: 8:25

Look on eBay. They don’t sell them on the ford website I don’t think
