Correction sir. The ones they provide are membrane keyboards which are significantly cheaper and terrible to type on. Mechanical keyboards come with a variety of switches and are significantly more expensive than membrane. TLDR guys just get the cheapest keyboard on the market. The ones they provide in the exams might potentially be worse.

I was thinking the same as soon as I heard mechanical keyboard. They are the best keyboards available out there.

Yeah, you will get rough sheet for rough work.
Admit card is not for writing, rough sheets will be provided at the exam centre .
Does it necessary to purchase computer or laptop for descriptive answer writing qns as i am not financially stable to purchase it😢😢
You can visit your nearest cybercafe. It will charge you on per hour basis. Or find a friend or a relative who have a computer. You need to clear the exam, and for that you need to find the way.
You Can connect keyboard with smartphone using an OTG to USB adapter.
or the best will be internet cafe although now they are hard to find still If it is there use it 1 hr 2 hr to practice typing and gove discriptive mocks
smartphone experience will be very tought but if you manage it will help in actual exam in stress handling

Typing without seeing is important if you want to increase typing speed, if you use any typing software they'll all say you shouldn't look at the keyboard, however if you practice on and on it becomes an instinct.
it helps you become clear headed, you don't have to pause your thinking process while searching for keys. Most people don't know touch typing (typing without looking) and they clear the exam.
it kind of helps to type without looking since you can see certain mistakes or typos you might have made while typing. That being said in my opinion it's not a deal breaker since you formulate your answers in your head and type accordingly.
