He got her to marry him under false pretenses, and she can prove it! That alone is grounds for an annulment. The research team and writers would know this fact if they actually bothered researching things properly for serious storylines. 🙄🤦🏾♀️

I’ve got a family member who managed to get their marriage annulled because her new husband who was having affairs left, right and center and got some of the women pregnant, he coerced her into marrying him even inviting some of his wh0r€s to the wedding so his children were part of the day! And I know a few others who also had theirs done as well. Not sure what the laws are like in the UK but here in the US what Mack has done to Charity this whole time since finding out about the pregnancy. He’s done nothing but manipulate her, even using her money to put the deposit down on the apartment he got for Chloe and the baby. Any decent lawyer worth their money would be able to tell Charity she can go down this route instead of having to wait a whole year. They had only been married not even a week before she found out Mack was the father.

Charity stood by Chloe after the incident with Noah, put a roof over her head and was a really good friend to Chloe. The Dingles accepted Mackenzie into their family and Charity gave a lot of herself into that relationship only for him to go and do what he did.
Chas, Charity and Noah are family so of course they’re going to forgive them. Mackenzie is an outsider who was welcomed into the family and then betrayed them
