When I was a kid at the ocean a giant wave swept me off my feet into the water and I was thrashing around for a long time until I eventually got pushed back onto shore coughing up water and just looking around trying to find my mom.
20 seconds for me is like 3 minutes and especially if I’m underwater with a bunch of people and holding my breath 💀💀🤣🤣🤣

The guy in the deepest pool probably trained for many many years in order to be able to Survive that super deep pool.
Its a training pool and is used to train thousands of professionals from all areas. It saves lives more than most would understand.
Keeping heart rate is more like just being calm to conserve air. Normal practice for staying under longer. The swimmer is not going in the deep part that goes down like 300 feet or even more. You can search and watch scuba diving training. I think it’s a unique tank but there may be others. From a science perspective it’s very cool.

The tunnel at the beginning has a current flowing through it so it’s constantly pushing people through it. No real risk at all just need to be able to hold your breath for a few moments.

Simple at the age of 3 start training your child with a lot of water once he gets used to it he can hold his breath, the reason we can't hold our breathe for long period of time is because anxiety and stress of drowning but every human being can't hold their breath for more than 3mins if the are exposed to it very early, did you see those little girl's?

For the people wondering about how the girl didn’t lose air and how she swam so fast, the tunnel she was swimming in was a very fast jetted lazy river, and for holding your breath there is a method of holding non used air in your mouth which then provides you can breath 2 or 3 times

The reason why the people are underwater is because there's something so the water cannot go downward there's something that stops the water from going down

They are not actually under water, I think they put glass and then put water on top of the class.
The first one is a lifeguards worst nightmare. Out of all of them that one should not exist. For the others, they can turn off the wave pool/easily rescue someone, it’s either natural so nothing you can do, or it’s meant for trained individuals. The fact that young kid was in the tunnel is a major major red flag no no. I don’t care how good of a swimmer she is, kids don’t experience tiredness the same way as adults, that’s why there are rest periods. So if she was in distress, she can’t easily come up for air and someone can’t easily save her.
And for the second one I don’t understand what’s going on. I’ve been in a whirlpool before and they aren’t too bad, but they are strong. But once again since A lifeguard can easily jump in the risk is less
