Although Arket doesn't ship to the US, H&M owns Arket and COS. You would find similar items there. Aritzia is also pretty close in style.

I read that they used to ship to the US but stopped because the US shipping logistics were too much of a hassle so I don't think it will return soon.
10:47- Finally you have a match on a perfect form of a dress for your silhouette. Keep it. Blue one is also nice but even half as flattering on you as this white one.
I have love/hate relationship with Arket. Love all the items but hate that they don’t ship to the USA.
