Bob and Brad demonstrate how to self treat your tennis elbow pain.
Some of our astute followers have noticed me slurring my words. I am not drunk but working with Brad it would be justifiable. I had 6 infected cysts removed from my mouth (noncancerous) and I have residual scar tissue and numbness. I will try to do better. Thanks Bob.

My right arm/elbow was in almost constant pain. I was skeptical of this approach, but after seeing a physiotherapist, doing the stretches that were suggested and getting no relief for several months, I tried it. Within two days my arm felt better. Too bad the physiotherapist I saw, either didn’t listen to my explanation of my condition or was unfamiliar with what could be done.
Thank you so much for creating this video. It changed my life!

Bob and Brad I share your channel with every single person that I can.
Every time people let me know they are happy with the help you’ve given.
You have helped me and so many others. I just shared this with a lady at work today and she has just thanked me after hours. I’ve actually shared your channel with three people today.
If god needs to bless anyone it’s you guys, you have helped people who aren’t well off to find help and healing and humour which I love by the way.
God bless you both and may your practice prosper no end.
    Kindest regards.

I'm a guy in his 40s from the UK and I play cricket at amateur level. I understand that you may not be familiar with the game but I am a batsman and I started developing tennis elbow a couple of years ago. It would flare up and then subside on its own every so often and I bought a forearm strap to help when I played - and it did help. This year though the tennis elbow got worse and worse in pre season practice and I played the first game of the season in agony combined with a huge loss of grip strength in my right forearm. I am a leftie so my right arm provides the majority of support and power to my shots as a batter in cricket.
Needliess to say, my first game this year was a huge struggle and I was in huge pain afterwards. I went to the physio and he recommended a bunch of exercises which helped temporarily but then the pain would come back within 5 minutes.
I was considering a cortisone injection but then stumbled across your video....and all I can say is WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!
I followed the simple things with the butter knife and the massage gun for 10 minutes and it has led to a 70% reduction in pain....and the pain reduction has lasted for over an hour!!!!
That is literally after just 10 minutes!!!!
Thank you so so much for this....I will continue this regime on a daily basis and I have ordered the strap you recommended as well....I will wear this during games.
I cant say enough to express how grateful I am - the pain of this injury was becoming really difficult to live with.

So, this is for those of you that are experiencing long term pain that is seemingly chronic. Its been 6 months for me. I had tried both rest and physio exercises, and a combination of both. I had days of relief, but in general, the issues were ongoing. Then, I discovered the Athlean X kettle bell routine for tennis elbow. This was the beginning of realization. The kettle routine was giving me relief but not permanent. I did start to notice that when this routine popped my elbow joints, I would get almost instant relief, but with residual tenderness at the tendon. To be expected I suppose for a tendon under constant strain. So, I remembered I had seen one or two vids that suggested some Tennis elbow is actual a fruit of joint dysfunction and misalignment. I went back and sought out more vids on this issue, and came up with a couple of exercises/movements that are designed to pop the joint back into alignment. Guess what, I went from having a day of pain and restricted motion to near instant relief. So, for me at least it seems my joint is out of whack. This makes sense for me. I was aggressively chopping wood when I triggered my Tennis elbow. So, for me at least, it seems I need to focus on alignment and also strengthening arm the muscles. This goes for the shoulder too. I'm taking a holistic approach to building my arm back up. Good luck.
UPDATE: 4 months after posting this comment I am more or less back to normal feeling and function with my elbow. It does want to slip out of alignment from time to time, but a simple pop stretch movement usually sets things back. I have been in good shape for quite a while. Initially I was doing popping and stretching several times a day for the first few weeks before my elbow was comfortable being back in alignment . I will continue to pop and build back muscle strength as needed.

I told him about my tennis elbow so he worked on it extra in addition to the rest of the massage. I could hardly believe the pain went away and I was able to get back to all my normal daily tasks pain free. I also was able to workout again pain free. I have been pain free after that one deep tissue massage. I am assuming I just couldn’t put enough pressure in all directions on my own. Even though I am pain free I still massage that area on my own or with a massage gun periodically to keep everything loosened up in that area as preventative maintenance.

Years ago I had tennis elbow and now my elbow is so tender that even if i lightly hit it on something the pain is so intense that i get nauseous and almost pass out. Why is it so tender?

    Hey guys. Fellow Minnesotan here.
Can you please.. please... PLEASE give us a good video on insertional achilles tendonitis / tendonopathy?
It's so difficult to find good information on it in general and would love go hear your spin on it.
I can't find any source online anywhere that specifically says when and how its okay to gradually move in to dorsiflexion of the bad leg. Thanks guys. Desperate for some advice. 2 months in to trying to figure this injury out and really getting depressed and anxious about it.

My aunt married a Sicilian. He came to NYC at age of 4. I love being around Italians because of him. They had a nice family together.

Here's a true interesting story of how I healed my tennis elbow. I got tennis elbow from throwing a tennis ball for my dog to chase. I threw the ball with a plastic arm length special thrower. So I ended up with tennis elbow. It wasn't really painful just annoying as hell. I had it for around a month. At the time I was collecting crystals and stones as a simple hobby. I read somewhere that Red Jasper was a healing stone. I purchased a small polished piece of it and followed the instructions for healing. I recited a short prayer holding the stone in my hand asking arc angel Michael to help me heal my tennis elbow. Following instructions I placed it under my pillow before retiring. I am a solid sleeper and rarely have trouble sleeping but that night I was tossing and turning over and over. Left side right side over and over. At late early morning I turned over and there was an audible pop in my right shoulder. My tennis elbow was GONE! Strange but true story. Perhaps that stone could help others with their ailments. Got nothing to lose the way I see it. Please report back to me of your results.
