You might want to check the charge rules again. I think the first charge of the game 13:30 was invalid because the Athanatoi could not have charged trough or around the building (except you were using house rules for the terrain). When aligning for a charge you have to wheel so the house might have blocked them.
Also the charge of the household knights 28:50 against the divinity was invalid because you cant move through friendly regiments if they are in combat.
the one of the varangian guard at 26:25 is invalid too right, like only 1 of the varangian units is actually touching the knights of dawn and ash, but to be honest they need bigger tables to play Conquest: Last Argument of Kings, the game is very melee and charge focused, with the units ocupying way too much space with their square bases, so their tables with hills and obstacles just slow the game down with how much the units have to stand around unable to do anything by the game's rules.
Really enjoying the conquest videos. A couple guys at the local club, including myself, are looking at making this our new year new game for 2024. Fantastic video and as always...play on ;)

Awesome BatRep. Conquest is great in that despite being a mass battle game, units are deadly enough that combat doesn't last long so it doesn't feel grindy. So many great moments come from the correct stacking of the command deck, and who gets the first command card for the turn.
Not usually a fan of playing with no objectives, but that was still surprisingly fun. Those Order Knights for 100 Kingdoms are very cool and scary. Down to the wire games like that are always the best. Well played both of you!
I'm really glad that 100k's got the order knights. Awesome models and a cool elite choice that the faction needed when everyone else has all those big monsters.

I really enjoy continuing to see Conquest on the channel - I get plenty of 40k and AoS locally, but not a lot of folks are into Conquest, so I kind of have to live through it vicariously.
as someone working on a functioning old Dominion list myself, I am always hyped for some new Conquest Gameplay
One of the things I love about you guys is that you aren't trying to push your own products and you guys own any mistakes made in game. Seems like a great group of guys who just enjoy gaming and having fun!

From an outsider's perspective, I really enjoy the alternate turn system. The chances seems a lot higher that you get to play with all your models and don't have worry about losing everything by turn 2.
The classifying the models as either light, medium, or heavy means that you always have something to play with when the models finally get a chance to be deployed.
I really love the card mechanic in this game, I feel like it adds alot of strategy and front-loads all the decision paralysis to the front of the turn, giving the rest of the turn a really good dynamic feel and pace

A correction on the Blessed special rule though very minor, you must declare Before you roll if you will use Blessed.

Also, you asked for mistakes report, I can see two:
1. Impact attacks don't care for ranks, every model in the unit does them. Pretty big for Crimson Towers.
2. Blessed rerolls should be declared before rolling. Basically you go "this is a vital roll, I'll use my Blessed just in case". Very confusing coming from Warhammer rerolls :P

One possible rules error is with impact attacks. It seemed like they were only rolling for stands that were in base contact with the enemy, but unengaged stands still get their full impact attacks. Makes the knights even deadlier! 😮
