BRICK HILL | NAM LONG SHAN(南朗山) HIKE HK | SHORT HIKE WITH GREAT VIEWS (How to get there, highlights)

BRICK HILL- also known as "Nam Long Shan" is a short hike located at Wong Chuk Hang in Hong Kong. This is the mountain where Ocean Park is located. It's a 20 minute walk from Wong Chuk Hang Mtr station to the starting point of the hike. the hike is only more than 2km round trip and it will only take 1 hour to hike(round trip) without breaks. The hike offers a panoramic views of Ap Lei Chau and it's nearby places, Deepwater Bay, Repulse Bay, South Bay, Chung Hom Kok beach and the Middle Island. If you want a short hike a bit close to the city with beautiful views, I recommend this hike, there is not much shade on this hike so it's quite hot in summer.
The first part of this hike is a steep stairs going up, but otherwise, it's an easy hike. This is a one way hike, so you have to retrace your path back after you reach the control station/tower which is the summit of this hike.
