I enjoyed Doyle's music live almost every year from the very beginning of Quicksilver. In my opinion this exact lineup is the very best he ever had. As well as one of the best in all bluegrass history. Thank you Doyle for the years of great music!

Masterful vocals, a masterclass in harmony. Deaton may be the greatest vocal bass in bluegrass history while Lawson and Moore blend their mid/high tenors seamlessly. When The Sun Of My Life Goes down sends chills down my spine every time.

Scott Vestal is a genius. Words cannot express how incredible his backup on “Til The Rivers All Run Dry” is, especially when he goes to double time at 1:03:34. Brilliant.

Man, Vestal has some killer licks on Misery River at the end of the tape. Hate that it cut off before before the end!

Was Doyle Lawson born a full grown adult? He always looks the same! Lol

Can you say where this performance took place - more specific than Granada Hills? Being a bluegrass fan who lives in the Valley - can’t believe it got past me.
