GGWM (Get Growing with Me): Tiny Garden Tour and Second Harvest (September 2023)

First-year raised bed gardener reporting for duty.
Wow, I can’t believe it’s almost over…
I first started planting in late spring and now fall is upon us. It’s been a satisfying adventure one where I learned both patience and persistence. Growth takes time but the results - which nourish the body and soul - are worth it.
It was so magnificent to watch the garden’s maturation first hand. And even when I “failed” (my multiple attempts to grow spinach), I succeeded.
Although I’ve consumed much of what I’ve grown, my mind is occupied by storage options.
I can’t can because I don’t know how and I’m not ready to learn.
The last harvest of the year will be bittersweet. I’m sure some happy tears will be shed.
Rest assured, I will keep growing. Hope you will as well.
