Today our broken down hosts Jolie Darrow, Andrew Coppola & Agnes the Dog discuss the merits of America's loudest pastime, fireworks! Should they exist? Are they good for us? My first firework memory was my older cousin lighting off a barrel shaped firework in the middle of our street. It was so loud and bright it just seemed like an explosion, I remember thinking “what was the point of that?”

I really like this show, my family’s dogs “like” fireworks in the sense that they get extremely excited and want to chase them. Not very good for them. Agnes is a good dog.
