I think that people must have more respect for a talented artist like Ville. Stop talking about his teeth and alcohol abuse (or other personal issues)and pay attention to the wonderful music and lyrics he wrote in all these years!!!!!

Musically speaking, their first album is their peak. Dark, heavy, amazing vocals, kinda doomy. After that they become more radio friendly, poppy, they focused a lot at Valo's image for commercial success, which is not wrong, after all they had to made some money for themselves. At least they where good enough till Love metal album and they bring metal n rock to a largest audience.
Venus Doom is their creative peak. No skips, sick guitar riffs and his voice was heavy and gorgeous, even if it was recorded during a very dark time in his life and went to rehab shortly after. The follow-up, Screamworks is by far the lowest point of the band's trajectory.
They start playing join me in 27:24. Too bad it’s cut off…would have been cool to hear it, Ville sounds so crisp in this live, hes hitting all of the notes perfectly. Propably in his prime when it comes to the vocals.
