I like the quiet version with the music. Such a chill video to watch!
💕💕
I love love love the simplicity of your workstation. So clean and organised. And hell yes I love silent vlogs😃😃😃
I love a good mix of both. I like your voice
Love hearing you speak. But the quiet videos do bring me a sense of peace as well 😌❤️
Aw I’m glad you enjoy both! Thanks so much for the input 🥰
Currently I am editing a silent vlog. I make resin art and sell on etsy, but I'm so nervous to post. Loving seeing others being creative and seeing your process! ✨
I have no idea why I just saw this but didn’t reply to it 😭 that’s so awesome!! I love love silent vlogs, def gonna check out your channel (hopefully the video is up 😆) ❤️
I really have enjoyed watching your video’s! You have a fantastic setup & style! Very polished! I have my own soap making & crafting business! I just added candles to my line! Your information was extremely valuable & my candles are coming out perfectly! Hope you will making some new video’s soon! Happy Candle Making!
I like using a straw to place my wicks too! Definitely makes it easier
Omg yes!! Wish I did it sooner lol
I use a straw too!
I like both!
I like the talking videos. It usually verbalize your thoughts
About to start my channel and i think I like non talking in the studio because that’s supposed to be your happy place where you vibe and talking on everything else
Awww congrats!! 👏🏽 I love that 🥺 it is a bit easier to just work and set up the camera shots then type up captions later than talking the whole time!
I never thought about putting that wick holder on after you pour the wax. Thanks for the idea.
Lol I feel like it’s easier for me! I’m a messy pourer so it definitely helps to put it on afterward 😊
yayy
Can i ask what size wick you recommend of double wicking the bottle store jars im debating weather to double wick them or single wick i wonder if theres a single wick for that. Im about to start testing these and id like a reference to where to start thanks 😊
What kind of wick do you like using in your tin candles? And I think you have a wonderful voice!!!! You are a beautiful person 🐝 yourself darlin ❤️
Love this video! Do you find customers are more drawn to tins or glass jars?
Thank you! 🥰🥰 hmmm I believe I’ve sold more glass jars than tins!
Wow 200 candles that’s a lot how long did it take you to make them all?
Lol I do the same thing with the metal straw
Hey, I got a question for you? I’m planning to move my new candle business down to my garage? Do you think that if I do that, when the cold comes, would the cold damage my candles?
ur famous marie
Hahaha not at all! 😆
Im sure this is a stupid question.... but wen testing candles. Do u first test the different wicks? Then test for hot throw?
do you make your labels yourself? i want to start a candle business and idk where to get labels
Early 🥰
Where do you get your essential oils?
Hi! I love your videos! I am starting with candles and Is so difficult for me to avoid the air bubbles. How you are avoiding that? Sometimes I feel I am getting mad!
Thanks and I wish you a lot of luck 👍🏽
Hi there! Thank you so much 💕 I’m not sure if this will help, but I pour my 464 wax when it’s at 150 degrees.. depending on the container I will go over the top with the heat gun to make sure there aren’t air bubbles that I can’t see.
If wax is still giving me trouble, I’ll pour half of the wax into the container and then I’ll let it cure, and then I’ll pour the 2nd half of the wax and that often gives me smoother results!
But are lots of factors as to why you’re getting air bubbles so I’m not sure if this will help 😭 but good luck!!
Do you mind me asking what printer you use?
What size wicks are you using?
Hi, just wondering if you use a Microphone for recording these videos or if you just record as you go ?
That person that gave a thumb down probably has candle-phobia.
When you pour the wax into your pitcher how do you measure how much wax you have?
With a digital food scale :)
Hi I’m just curious what size wick did you use for your tin can?
For the 3 oz I use CD 8 and for the 6 oz I use eco 10 🤗
May I know what’s your pouring temperature?
I pour at 150 degrees ☺️
Don't you wait for your wax to cool to a certain temperature to pour?
Yes! I wait til it’s 150 degrees
Hi, I was wondering where do you get your big pot from? When I clicked on the link it shows something else.
Oh no I’m sorry! I just tried to look right now but I honestly forgot which brand it was (my bf gifted it to me), but here are a lot of choices for them on Etsy! It’s basically an 18 lb presto pot wax melter..
www.etsy.com/search?q=18%20lb%20wax%20melter
Oh ok thank you!!! I wanted to try to make my own candles so I don't have to buy expensive ones outside which are not safe. I love watching you videos/blogs.
Where do you get your fragrances from?
Mostly Candle Science! Sometimes The Flaming Candle
Where do you get your stickers from
If you’re referring to the labels, I get them from Avery.com 😊
Instead of Avery printing the labels have you ever tried printing them out on your own label paper?? That’s what I do.
I also buy from vistaprint as I found there prices better and all I need to do is order one sheet the scan it for future labels.
I’m from Finley, NSW Australia.
See my bio in “About section “
Edit: What brand and kind of soy wax do you use (example: EcoSoya CB135 or EcoSoya Q210 soy wax)
And I use a mettle straw for my wicks also.. great minds think alike ☺️
omg hello in Australia!! yes so I buy the label paper from Avery and then print them at home :) I haven't compared label paper to anywhere else yet so I'm not sure which prices are best! I'll def take a look at vistaprint.
I use Golden Brands 464 wax! I think most candle suppliers offer this. which wax do you use?
the metal straw idea is genius!! I wish I started using that method since the beginning lol
@@marieharriet also where are you based?
What size are those labels?
For the 4 oz jars
