I wasn't even born in 80's , but I miss it
80's wasn't all sunshine and rainbows. Risk of nuclear war. High interest rates- 15-17% on home mortgages. But as a kid it was pretty good times.

My Step Mom passed away on the 14 of April of this year and One of her favorite Artist was Prince!!! This song definitely defines how time flies by and we need to take every moment we can to be to say to hold the ones we love dearly I love you mom ❤️

Timecop1983 is truly a god tier of Synthwave.
MPM was on his level for sure but he's stopped making music I think. TC83,Sellorekt/LA Dreams, and MPM are the triumvirate of synth!
+Eric Clark I'd wish MPM will make a return someday. He is one of the main driving forces of Synthwave that gave birth to many more synthwave music makers.
+Eric Clark Mitch Murder, Robert Parker, Waveshaper, Miami Nights 1984, Lazerhawk - don't forget about them too. Also, I miss Power Glove and Mega Drive. And what's MPM?
Nikita Karelins MPM = Multipac . I like th others but find some are more consistent than others. Mitch Murder was definitely one of the first artists I discovered too. Palmers Arcade is a huge favorites
+Eric Clark just looked it up - very nice. If you are into this kind of Synthwave, I would also recommend Sunglasses Kid and Le Cassette.

I feel blessed to have grown up during that era. I was 13 when I saw Blade Runner at the theater.
But when i finally expire, all those moments will be lost in time, like tears in rain.
Looks like the transportation today is taking the Blade Runner trend.

In the 80's we didn't had any internet, cellphones, or social media. But we enjoyed more the outdoors activities, we were more happy and sociable . Music played a huge difference at that time in socializing.
