- Aside from being a genius songwriter, (G)I-DLE's Soyeon is also an excellent leader. The pressure that the leader carries in the group is absolutely not easy to handle. You'll need to take care of your members and make sure they are safe and guide your activities as a group. Soyeon did that by working hard as the leader while also being part of the song producers. Her leadership skills were once again praised on their guesting on Knowing Brothers wherein she was asked if she considers her members' pronunciation when making a song to which she responded with "Yes". Additionally, Soyeon is extremely strict with the members, constantly pushing them to develop their abilities. She always strives for the group's performances to be as perfect as possible, paying close attention to every detail. Check out the moments when Soyeon being a strict leader in this video.

Soyeon is a REAL TEACHER. Most others would say they want this and that, and get mad when the artist doesn't "get" the vision inside their head -- but Soyeon SHOWS what she want in all sorts of creative and useful way, so the artist will surely get it. She is what artists hope and wish for a composer to be.
Soyeon says..The only way to hit that note properly during that phrase, is to sing while tying your shoes... Then comes into the Mic Booth and unties the shoes first...lol She knows what each member is capable of and gets them to do it. soyeon may not be the best technical singer, but she has enough knowledge and creativity to get the nembers to be able to reach the desired sounds/noises/pitches/rhythms to make every song memorable. shes really daebak
