  • Japanese Karate Grand Master 66 years old, Free weight Kumite State Champion in the U.S. in 1980, All Japan Kata Champion in 1991, Shitoryu World Kata Champion in France in 2005 introduces about Karate Kata, TENSHO 転掌.
    TENSHO practice involves breathing exercises to strengthen the lungs and internal organs and help build a strong body.

    I like watch Karate. I see White crane and Arhat boxing. I really Goju Ryu and Shorin Ryu. Shorinji Kempo is great too. I like this school too good training.

      Good!!! You know it. Andreas is strong enough, but I afraid to kick the chain. If I kick the chain with full power, I will break the bone of my foot.

      There is an old Chinese saying: 「大師一出手,便知有沒有」,If translated in English, it means a grand master will know the level of a person achieved when he or she gave the shot! Since the kicks & punches of the grand masters are so powerful, why should we use full power to make the kicks? If a grand master uses the full strengths, it may cause hurts or injury!
