Thank you! I couldn't get the angel right because I didn't know you should find your pelvic bone, but your video helped a lot! Its my first time using menstrual disks and it hurt/ was uncomfortable to insert at first but your video really helped. I can't thank you enough for making this video. The other ones confused me because it only showed the diagram of the V (I don't know what it's called) like this time stamp 1:35 but you showing it like this 3:29 really helped.

I recently switched from tampons to pixie products, I started with the cup first but had some trouble removing it, so I switched to the disc. I’m on my second cycle using the disc and I’m still trying to get the hang of it, been having leaking issues, but I’m determined. Now to get my daughter on board lol

Make sure you insert the Disc at a downward angle, towards your tailbone. Once it's back as far as comfortable, tuck the Disc up fairly high over your pubic bone. The key is to try to "scoop" the disc under the cervix.

How do you know if the disc is full?
