Would it be fair to call Blake Ibanez a legend at this point, I mean Nightmare logic by Power Trip is one of the best metal albums of our time. Then he forms Fugitive and brings us this death/thrash/hardcore goodness. The man got riffs.

I don't know if you've heard the pop meets butt rock meets "metalcore" bollocks they are calling metal these days but it's basically the antithesis of this. It's overproduced, feels forced, and feels explicitly not-metal. This is absolutely a breath of fresh air in the face of all the contrived nonsense currently out there.

I absolutely love the sound, I love everything about it. The sound in 80s metal is unbeatable and this brings me back (im "just" 34) but you know what I mean.
