I Travelled to Ancient Thailand! Ayutthaya

Today I travelled to ancient Thailand. I took a day trip from Bangkok to Ayutthaya on a Klook Day Trip to explore this ancient capital for the very first time. Embark on a journey with me to the historical heart of Thailand, Ayutthaya. This day trip takes us from the bustling streets of Bangkok to the ancient ruins and majestic temples of Ayutthaya, a city teeming with stories of its glorious past.
What's Inside:
Bang Pa-In Summer Palace: Our adventure begins at this stunning royal residence, where I explore the blend of Thai and European architecture and delve into its rich history.
Local Culinary Delight: No trip would be complete without tasting the local cuisine. I indulge in the classic Thai dessert, Mango Sticky Rice, at Ayutthaya Central Mall.
Historical Temples: Journey with me to Wat Yai Chai Mongkhon, Chai Watthanaram Temple, and Wat Mahathat, each with its own narrative and significance in Thai culture. The highlight is the iconic Buddha head entwined in a Banyan tree at Wat Mahathat, a sight that captures the essence of Ayutthaya.
Ayutthaya Night Markets: The day ends at the vibrant night markets, a perfect spot to experience the local life and pick up some amazing Thai Food.
