Exterior wall should be rough don't do putty outside
Exterior do only coat of primer two coats of Apex like paint is enough
Add less water to emulsion
Curing of should be proper after finishing plaster of cement
Water proof primer is called sealent primer .

Aap ke hisab se Andar ki diwal me jaha jarurat hai vaha birla putty + asain truecare interior primer 1 coat + colour royal shine 2 coat acha kaam karega

@@viraljani417 if it's a new wall then use Birla wall putty one coat then two coats of primer then two coats of emulsion is good.if you are using royale then the wall should be very smooth so you can do one more coat of putty if you want.
