Bad coping skills: staying up late, drugs, inactivity, procrastination, suppressing feelings, ignoring problems
Good coping: mind tools, exercise, quality sleep, relaxation, sharing your feelings with friends

Follow daily routines and good habits, when to sleep and eat etc. Get Proper Exercise; Improper exercises can actually cause stress. You need to find out what are good exercises for your body type. Walking and stretching are good for all body types.
Avoid Sensory Overload: Constant stimulation to the senses and the mind will over time cause fatigue. It is also vitally important that we make conscious and mindful choices what we put into our minds and hearts. We should be introspective and ask ourselves, is this good for me spiritually? I always experience just being nature for a few hours is very effective. And spend time away from devices.

For years me and my children have been unable to avoid being Opressed by a high level of chronic stress.
We needed stress management tools executive types get,
      And a break
but got more stress than any mother or child should ever feel
      Years. Of time.
      Time is precious.
What can we do? We can't stop the stress and worry, it's not generated by ourselves
And it may get much worse.
      What can you tell me?
So I might learn it and tell them.
Ones not as much academic concentration as the other child.
      Ones middle of the class,
      Ones top set.
Both are fantastic writers and artists.
Given tools and time and nurture
They miss their normal life, old life we had,
Chronic outside our control stress Affected their ability to communicate so well over time.
And my children were always thoughtful shy, a bit socially selective, weirdly wonderful children.
I have limited time to learn anything
      Tell me what to do?

For years I suffered from severe anxiety and was on many different medications that did not help much, then I started taking ashwaganda and my stress levels went down 70-80%. The change has been so drastic, I am not the same person now and sometimes I almost forget how life was before it.
Maybe sharing this will help someone.

The stress/grief of losing a loved one can kill you.
I heard that a woman got sick suddenly and died 2 months after her husband from a Hemorrhagic Stroke
Both were in their early 70s.

I recommend to each & everyone and have personally experienced & cured from this 7 days therapy of surah 'Al-rahman'. I used to face multiple health issues like stress, anxiety, overthinking ,negative thinking, insomnia & indigestion .
But this therapy has today made me a new person all together, full of hope, enthusiasm, zest , positive thinking & to a top of it a better understanding human .
    HOW TO LISTEN:
Close your eyes and imagine yourself in presence of GOD and listen surah "Al-rahman" in the voice of qari abdul basit with great concentration & focus . When the recitation ends , open eyes , take half a glass of water. Again close your eyes and say NAME OF GOD thrice in your heart & drink water in 3 sips. Take water this way every time after listening to the recitation.
Believe me it is true.Plz do this therapy atleast once.

People not understanding me and hating me for no reason and people yelling. Also people saying I didn’t do good on a trail when I did good to actually do it and finish it when last year I got out of breath walking for 10 minutes and when it was a lot of climbing and I was shaky like give me a break I’m plus size and 2 years ago I got out of breath walking for 5 minutes don’t I even get credit for being healthier I never did anything that hard as the gorge trail at nocculula and I have a disability that makes my balance not the greatest so if I needed to crawl some of it and need help with some of it give me a break. People like to stress me then wonder why I’m 40 pounds overweight I’m like 🤦‍♀️my bmi is 32 but I’m trying to eat healthier most of the time and exercise And also I’m healthier than I look I’m not an athlete but I exercise. Stress is actually good for nothing; we don't need it to help us "get up in the morning" (it can actually keep people from being active), it doesn't "help us focus" either (again, the opposite, relaxed concentration is best), and the final supposed exceptions to stress being sabotage, that it "helps us learn and remember new things," is simply baseless opining. But because of Appeal to Nature and Moral Relativism, most people will ignore the truth of what I'm saying, leaving the wedge in the door for stress, your "sometimes friend."

    • @inyeekaribi4913
      @inyeekaribi4913 Před 3 lety +1

I think people equate stress with the need to feel some kind of pressure, which some do argue is necessary, to build discipline for example. An example being a deadline, which can act as an enforcer for some people. Bu I do agree that stress is not beneficial in any sense and there is sometimes a fine line between a healthy push in terms of pressure, and a stress inducing situation

    • @shadow-bannedinsights
      @shadow-bannedinsights Před 3 lety

@@inyeekaribi4913 Yes, like I said about stress supposedly helping us get up in the morning (i.e., the "stress helps us get stuff done" argument), it's falsely saying that stress is needed to accomplish good when in fact it is a hindrance to the good being accomplished; similar is saying you need fear to avoid danger, also false, I don't need fear to convince me to not put my hand in a fire. But most people will refuse to accept what I'm saying and will keep searching for exceptions, because their meta-view is basically Moral Relativism/Nihilism and the Appeal to Nature Fallacy, they believe everything in the inner & outer world is a mix of good and bad, and that it's ignorant to conclude anything is completely bad, even if all rational observation shows it to be so.
