Pan Seared Halibut with Balsamic Reduction

This is a deliciously simple recipe all done on top of the stove. Balsamic vinegar is essential in Italian cooking, and chefs love to use it. You will have some extra balsamic reduction after creating this dish, but it keeps well and can be used for other dishes - grilled meats, in appetizers, and in other seafood preparations - even over ice cream. Angels. My little Sicilian mother adored both of you, Lidia, and "grandma." She used to say with you every time, "tutti tavola a mangiare!" Watching you both made her face light up. Together we used to try to recreate your recipes. This meant so much to her. She passed away at 91, on March 16, 2023. Watching you both together makes me smile the same way. Thanks for all you do. Also, you need to open a restaurant in Orlando Florida!☺🤗

It literally brought me to copious amount of tears to watch n hear you n your mama singing,,,, it was beautiful,,,, I lost my mama to dementia 5 yrs ago n I’ve been taking care of her ever since,,, she simply does not remember most of the past,, yet memories are all I have now,,, I just lost my young son, my ONLY CHILD( he was only just turned 29),,, non the less,,,, I so WISH I could sit with you n your mama n sing,,,,,,, thank you for sharing her🥺😊🙏🏻
