I just take my blazer off and when the teacher comes over I’m like “miss, you’re telling me to put my blazer on then why don’t you put a blazer on and see how it feels” she just laughs 😂
In my school if I said something like that to the teacher I'd get a 90 Minute detention for defiance or some shit lmao, so happy to be leaving next week
wait really? i go to a private school too and the teachers are fine with us taking our blazers off when its hot. they hate us having our hair down or wearing jewellery though :(
@verycoolwhaleshark Yeah, but we can take it off at certain parts of the day, like in 5th and 6th period, we can take it off. But in 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th, we can't. I think it's just different rules for different schools
@@pizzaneapolitanXD I lost cuz I never hit her back she was my ex best friends i couldn’t (I only got one hard punch to the face and a lot of swelling)
For me in Northern Irish Year 11 (Year 10 in England), it's "can we go on a walk sir?" And that's happened several times mostly because after our modules a lot of them didn't care
Me,I'm not allowed to unless theres a heatwave. We have to wear ties, shirts tucked in,ties must be fown to the belly button, every single shirt button done up,these thick trousers that're like a blazer, and either kickers or suit shoes. WHYY
100% accurate!! This took me back to school days 😂😂 (although thankfully I didn’t have a uniform. My friends from other schools did though and hated blazers in the summer).
As someone who works on an elementary school: our kids often stop putting their coats and jackets on as soon as it's 12 degrees or something. And the teachers are still huddled together with thick coats and jackets because it's cold XD
It's a whole different story in winter, i remember back when I was in year 10 I bought a school jumper to go under my blazer just to stay warm because nearly all the classes were freezing
At my school this is actually so true (coming from someone who actually did the year 7 stuff lmao 😭) but we’re usually just allowed to take our blazers off whenever we want as long as we put them in when going lesson to lesson
I did waterfights almost every year, it started with my whole class then whole year then random kids would also join. They should make waterfights a part of gym class or something lol
I hated the sun so bad. I have a bad heat sensitivity but I couldn’t take my blazer off because my shirt buttons kept coming undone (we couldn’t find a bigger size)
for my school you only had to wear your blazer for registration class, assembly’s and when you left at the end of the day (i mean as far as i remember, i never followed rules anyway🤷🏻♀️)
I don't wear uniforms, but if I have a tank top on or a top with skinny straps at school they make me wear my jacket and it's so hot but they still refuse 😭
We were lucky or unlucky to not have or require blazers. We just had jumpers, and did not need to wear them all the time. As long as we had our shirts on at least, the only restriction on that was that they had to be tucked in (no-one was bothered in doing or checking that anyway)
Yep. Blazers and ties. Haven't worn either since I left school. I refuse. I am formerly asthmatic but I still get affected by it at times. Ties were a nightmare. I felt like I was choking frequently, even when it was on very loosely and I had to make it look tidier and tighten it up - trick is keep the very top button undone underneath the tie and use the tie to hid it - and the blazers. Had to have permission to remove them, even in summer and mine was black. I promised myself the moment school was over for me and I was home, I was never wearing one again. I haven't since. Also turns out l have low blood pressure and don't like too much heat with a history of black outs from it. The hotter the weather, the lower my blood pressure gets and I go as white as a sheet before blacking out from it. Yeah. Not great. 🙄
Having to ask permissionto take you blazer off was ridiculous but at lunchtime we were alowed . Also at lunchtime my school most teachers excused you having your tie off and Shirt untucked but it had be fixed before we went back to form 5th lesson
We don’t even have uniform in my school. I know it’s like unusual in the uk but, your never gonna catch me wearing a uniform like the ones in primary school.
at my school some of my friends legit brought water balloons and filled them up at water fountains. too bad they only got to throw like 3 before the teachers noticed and made them throw them at the ground and pop them :/
Dunno if it’s different because I went to high school in Scotland (and kids start the following year) or because my school wasn’t posh but nobody in any year ever “played” games, including football, or ran around like this at beak time💀💀💀
Wait, so a sunny day is a whole special occasion for Brits? I knew about it typically being overcast there, but _damn._ They treat it like the first day of summer break.
