Yes but, most charities are set up that, only 5% goes to charity & the rest can be used on expenses, as upkeep of the said charity!!! Including, travel, clothing, meals at restaurants, car rentals, hotels, employees salary, which they can make themselves employees of, etc.
R. Massi Yes most charities only have to donate 5 % and keep the rest for overhead. The problem they will have is they took the money from their charity account and put it in a business account. That you can’t do.

Isnt Travelyst a UK company? Better they investigate as the money is likely not in the US.

@@CK-un5xk Travelyst is a collaboration between several companies including booking. com, VISA, and tripadvisor which are all American companies but Harry stands at the head of the collaboration. No way this escapes the notice of the IRS and the FBI will get involved if the shady business comes to their attention. They guy who filed the complaint in the UK should have a counter part here in the US to file a similar complaint to the IRS, the FTC, and the US Dept. of the Treasury. All federal agencies and all as serious as death when it comes to monetary fraud.
@@RobinfromCA depends on where Travelyst is domiciled. I read once, I think, Belgium? Since Harry is a UK citizen and the company is European, FBI may not be able to do much unless and until there is some impropriety committed in the States. However, they may certainly be cooperating with the appropriate foreign agencies.
@@CK-un5xk The US based companies could be investigated, however, and that would make them pull out of Travelyst in a heartbeat. Just as Andrew is party to Epstein's misdeeds in this country, Harry will be party to using funds from the US companies with impropriety. And Harry doesn't have the benefit of an ocean and residence in another country as a buffer. The FTC can knock on his mansion door whenever they want.

If this foundation was also filed/incorporated in the US, I think you can get the records online. There may be a small charge for access to the databases (do a trial and cancel?). Any legal eagles with access to Lexis/Nexus/Westlaw may be able to drum something up. I only know this because many years ago I assisted the owner of a famous kennel (stumbled through) form a nonprofit to provide disabled children with service dogs.
I’m perfectly capable of planning my own trips without flying on privates jets or helicopters. I personally don’t need some company to “ help” with a large carbon footprint that I’d have to pay to help me. Seems hypocritical but that’s H and M hypocrites.

We don't know that they aren't, though. I don't think for a moment that Harry and Meghan's activities aren't being closely scrutinised, but the RF isn't likely to make it all public. I doubt they see Meghan as one of the family now - she's a loose, dangerous and untrustworthy cannon to whom you'd be mad to show your hand.
Didn't H&M separate from the royal law firm? Maybe this is why. The lawyers in a prestigious firm would oppose such shady maneuverings especially if there is a chance it would cause the exposure of all financial dealings in the RF -- the audit some of you are were calling for -- so the dastardly duo simply moved to a law firm which would accommodate their desires.
This is a problem for the IRS, not the RF.

There are thousands of nonprofits that are political. The IRS classification is 501c6. The one that is not political is 501c3. Both are classified as nonprofits, however.

It's not the first time this has happened though is it? And it's not just the Markles. Read Tom Bowers book on the POW. Duchy of Cornwall is a Limited Company yet pays no Corporation tax or Capital Gains tax. Wish I had been able to get away with that when I had my Limited Company.
Then there's shady Andrew's business deals when he held the position of Trade Ambassador, supposed to be helping British companies get contracts, but he did very little if anything in that regard. And his visits abroad, paid for by the taxpayers, achieved nothing for British businesses, but certainly allowed him to make personal deals with dodgy East European oligarchs. And then there was the organisation he ran, ostensibly helping young entrepreneurs, but the contracts they signed gave him a portion of any profits. He denied ever having received any, but despite this being reported in the newspapers any debate was closed down pretty sharpish.

The US government might want to look at Harry because when you're here on a travel visa you can't work at all (whether it be paid or volunteer). Harry has been working for his charities and the Commonwealth trust which is illegal to do here in the US on a travel visa. All those video calls to his charities is considered work. The u.s. government needs to look at Harry's Financial records big time because he is working in the US for his Charities, the Commonwealth Trust, and travalyst Limited.

The RF also give them money to start RS foundation. Martell disclosed they had donated money to Travalyst for ongoing projects (none have even started) for his Thomas The Tank Engine narration. One of the Disney executives said on camera the money was being donated to Harry's African charity. Then there are the millions being split from the Diana Memorial Fund. Where is he going to put that money? This is all money donated in the name of charity. Giving Harry half the money to do what he wants. This is all dodgy.
If I collected money for charity and then put it into my own account, I’m sure that donators would report me for theft. Are they committing illegal acts by doing this?

Harry did some foolish things here and there before Meghan but nothing that seemed money grubing. He appeared content financially which is logical. Meghan must be the one digging for gold. Ever since their engagement it has been a theme with them. Money is more important than anything else in their lives. They would do whatever it takes to get control of more and more. What a purposeless goal when your life position could have done so much more than money ever will. This couple just make me sad.
This morning, chatting to husband, I mentioned the change of status of Travalyst from Charity to Limited company. Before I had finished the story he goes "For money laundering".
He's not British, he's not the slightest bit interested in these two, but as a dispassionate observer he can see that their chances of earning a legal dollar are zilch so the only way is illegally.

Because I think the royal family is sticking to their word of a 12 month review. However, I think Harry and Meghan have been told they’re done, their titles are gone in 2021 and allowances possibly cut drastically. That’s why they’re on a rampage and rumors are circulating of money troubles and desperation for jobs and relevancy. I also suspect something DRASTIC happened because out of nowhere Meghan’s PR said David Foster Wallace is like a father to Harry, then silence. Like David ran for it and hasn’t been connected to Meghan and Harry since. It’s like Harry and Meghan were told something by the Firm and Meghan said “I’ll show you!” and pulled the classic “family I’ve never had” card to hurt Charles.
