surfskate adaptor fix & fit.

i got a chinese copy of the waterborne surfskate adaptor with rail adaptor, did some checking & maintenance, then bolted to to a used cruiser board i picked up cheap.

Knock off chinese Waterborne adapters. Used them and bought the real things, big difference between the quality.
