you should eat basic foods to netrual foods. you should not eat acidic food.

im sorry. it does not make more acidic, you are right. it is your body that cant handle the acid, too much acid if i remember right, so to get rid of it you get acid reflux and or heartburn. also some foods more acidic take more acid to break down. so your body produces more, also certain foods just do it to you acidic or not.
