Nice video. I also have a couple set up for doors being open for extended periods of time, however, the most useful is a notification for when humidity rises above 50% in crawlspace. This would be an indicator that my dehumidifier down there has stopped working.

you'd have to use a device or something to determine when you sit on the sofa and use in an automation in apple home, but in theory..yes!
