Eventually someone will do something like this for any universe... Star wars the old republic cinematics, diablo, Warhammer, all top tier cinematics and no ones taken the chance to make a show with this style. Of course I can see why though, I remember seeing SWTR saying that it cost nearly 6 million dollars for a short cinematic.

Honestly, seeing these trailers makes me hope that they one day remake the previous entries of the Elder Scrolls series (Skyrim, Oblivion, Morrowind, Daggerfall, Etc...) at a size and scope comparable to what we're seeing here because this absolutely glorious! Imagine playing Skyrim with actually massive cities, watching dragons land inside of them causing havoc as he you have to fight in the streets alongside the guards to kill it. That would be amazing!
I spent my childhood playing those games. A remake in Unreal Engine 5 would be Extraordinary!!! I truly hope it happens someday. And yes, it would be amazing!!
@@knonksann658 While I never got the chance to play the older games, Skyrim will always have a special place in my heart! I don't think any other game is more modable or expansive ; big reason why I'm so excited for mods like Beyond Skyrim and Skyrim Extended Cut to come out.
However, as stated, I would love to see all of them get a proper remaster and scale up from what they are / were.

What I like about the elder scrolls is that it’s one of those games that aren’t meant to truly end, lack of an overall plot will allow infinite possibilities
You're right. And the most recent expansion is an example of this. Those three were last seen together as enemies during the alliance war, and they reappeared out of nowhere in the last expansion as...perhaps allies.
I would love to see an Elder Scrolls show one day that just explores what the setting has to offer. Nothing fancy, doesn't have to be connected to any of the games. Just a group of adventurers exploring Tamriel in a self contained plot.

i love that you put it in chronological order, as you may see there are several other renditions of this on youtube now, they cut alot more of the credits to make it more viewable AS a movie. perhaps you'd consider stitching these a little more closely together. missing the odd frame or few seconds would add more to immersion than it would take away. just a thought. thx

I want to play in the game where turning on this level of graphical details is an option. Red Dead Redemption 2 comes close, as does Star Citizen. But would love to play in a Tamriel that actually looked this way.
Many fans continue to wish for something similar. Perhaps a feature like that will be included in the next installment or Elder Scrolls VI. Who knows?

I don't recall ever seeing her name mentioned. I refer to her as The Elven Hero or The Altmer Hero. I believe she represents the players in the cinematics.
In the Summerset Teaser, she's called Altmer Hero.

He survived because the Altmer Hero broke the curse.

He was an undead. However, as you can see, the Altmer hero lifted the curse before entering the temple.

Bethesda has not revealed the names of those characters. However, I believe they represent each faction in the game, such as The Daggerfall Covenant (Breton Assassin), The Ebonheart Pact (Invincible Nord), and The Aldmeri Dominion (Altmer, High Elf).

The Nord killed him. The Aldmeri Hero, I believe, brought him back. Since Daedra turned him into a necromancer, he retained some of these powers, which allowed him to transform in the Elsweyr expansion. It's not a prequel. It was also then that the Necromancer class was introduced in the game.

Why did they use the elven lady as a super weapon? Instead of just working togther? Clearly there was a greater evil, and they were fighting it at the end.
At that point, the alliance between the three factions was already shattered. It comes as no surprise that one would use the other to seize control of a tower in the heart of Cyrodiil. So, the faction that takes control of the imperial city has the authority to appoint their own emperor.

As the narrator mentioned in The Elder Scrolls Online Teaser "Unlikely alliances are forged," I'm pretty sure there was an alliance before that. They were likely to turn on each other because they were fighting to take control of one thing.
So wait is the Breton dead or alive after his fight with the nord, he showed up for dragons somehow and for high isle
The Breton's story is complicated. He always seems to be the victim. He was beaten and turned into a zombie by a Dremora wizard. The Nord (I believe) killed him. He became a Necromancer, transforming into a Bone Goliath to fight a dragon. But hey, he always finds his way back. 😄

in tes blades legends oblivion and morrowind they have white sclera just because skyrim changed it doesn't mean it's the real appearance in the lore there are elves with white and yellow sclera
It's just Skyrim fans in the Elder Scrolls, elves have always had eyes with white sclera and this is further reinforced with the official art of these legends where the high elves appear with white and yellow sclera, it may vary but Skyrim fans who are angry that the elves don't look like those from Skyrim or previous games in the official art. The elves are very different, some with completely golden skin, others pale with almost no gold, some are skinny and others robust, etc.

The Dremora (also known as "The Kyn") who serve Molag Bal have blue or grey skin and blue eyes, but they can vary greatly in skin tone and eye color.
The Daedra are the entities that inhabit the realms of Oblivion in The Elder Scrolls.
The majority of the characters in the cinematics are unknown, including that one. He might be a necromancer.

The Aldmeri Hero healed him at the end of the 3rd Three Fates trailer.
Concerning the necromancer, there is only speculation.

It's insane how the original Elder scrolls series has put weight on "less is more" and then ESO came. It just ruined the whole thing and made it into another 'Marvel-like-thing'. I hope Elder Scrolls 6 won't be affected by this inflated ESO series.

There is no definitive answer to that question out there. Many fans, including myself, are irritated that the High Elves do not have golden skin in these trailers. Bethesda or Zenimax refuses to answer that question.

That did a pretty good job compared to the way they showed Dark Elves in the sewers with the Nord hero in the base game trailers...yeesh. I mean, there ARE pale skinned/white skinned high elves but they still are goldish/yellow/a bit more alien looking than the trailers...

@@knonksann658 Official art friend, have you seen it? There are many elves with pale skin, almost no gold at all, there are also those with white sclera. Elves can vary, as do humans, do they have such a hard time understanding that? Besides, the altmers have always had white sclera in Skyrim they put the yellow variant but oh well

Why is Skyrim on here? That isn’t part of ESO.
It's part of the Elder Scrolls series. And Skyrim is here because it's located in Tamriel's most northern province, where the great war was fought. It essentially takes place in the same universe as the Elder Scrolls Online. I don't see why it shouldn't be included.
@@knonksann658 I mean, ESV and ESVI arent a part of ESO. Including them in an "all ESO Trailers" video is a bit odd, especially since ESO takes place during the second era and V takes place in the fourth.

I'm just pointing out that you do have a false title for your video, and if people are confused by the inclusion of ESV and ESVI, they are rightly so.
An ESO trailer compilation should just have the ESO trailers. Having ESV and ESVI before and after, respectively, doesn't make sense as ESO takes places well before any of the other games, including the originals
