Just letting you all know I don’t need medical help and I’m not going to cause my self any harm or anything like that , thankyou for all being genuine I just feel low a lot lately , it will pass… it always does , when I feel better I’ll be doing things to help make my self get back to the old me Thankyou ❤
Man, work less, enjoy more. You can't like your job and it can drag you down! Do you sleep well?? Sleep is so important... I love the "do do" bit, I always say that shit 😂 I think you need to quit your job or work less and start enjoying freedom and life. I know work is needed for cash flow BUT mental health comes first and I'd rather be flat broke and have my mental health. Don't drink alcohol for a while, spend quality time with your mum. It doesn't cost money to go places with ur mum. Honestly you need a life reset!! And trust me seeing improvements to your day/life day by day is actually a great feeling. So reevaluate your life, work less and enjoy life more. Easier said than done but work and lack of sleep can play a role. Maybe I'm wrong but I'm all ears man so don't hesitate to reply mate. From Ireland.
You feel like this now, and 10 years later when you're My age it will be the same. This world is for the corrupt and evil to succeed, and the nice guys finish last is just fact so either accept your the nice guy who finish last or be the bad guy who succeed out of other people's failures. When We work at these dead end jobs those CEOs of those brands live like Gods while paying You as little as possible, no matter how hard you work, they will drop You like a bit of rubbish at any moment.
@@brianlawlor4221 Thats all well and good however your expected to work 40 to 50 hours a week and use the majority of your waking life working or doing work related tasks. Traveling to and from work, washing work cloths, planning free tome around work, then feeling to tired to do anything or think about anything other then work. You want to leave but those bills won't pay them selfs, and good luck getting government benefits. I would never kill My self but the thought regularly crossed My mind because if this is all live is supposed to be I'm not interested in taking part.
At 41 im a lot older than you pal. For years i was stuck in a rutt like urself. I had a longing for the enjoyment i used to feel as a carefree teenager. So one day i thought fuck it, i started doing the things i liked when i was young and happy. Got my fishing rod out, bought myself a skateboard and a bmx and im still on them all the time. If people think its a bit weird i don't give a shite because i enjoy it. I know this aint gonna be a solution for everyone but maybe try doing the things you were doing when you last felt happy in life. Kind wishes from ireland
I came to the conclusion myself, call it immaturity pride, my only goals now will be to entertain myself and have fun while making enough money to live, ditch the pressure
Not weird at all. I do similar, I always tell people never to lose your childhood sense of enthusiasm and wonderment otherwise you end up being mentally stagnant and boring
I felt the same way at 38. I was stuck, no passion, just working a career I fell into for the money that wasn't fulfilling. 15 years deep and actually made me feel sad thinking I'd be doing it for the rest of my life. It was only my family that kept me going. I decided to make a complete career and lifestyle change. I applied to become a Firefighter. I got in after my second try. I'm now neay 40 and not long finished intense training. I'm now on station, out helping people. I cannot put into words how much this has changed my mental and physical wellbeing. I have passion, I have my life back. It has taught me so many lessons. Its never too late to do anything you want to do. Just go for it.
I’m 30 and feel exactly as you said before and joining the fire service has been something I’ve been considering more and more but I can never seem to find any roles for full time firefighters. Did you look for roles where you currently lived or across the country?
You may feel lost in life but you will never know how many people you have touched with your sincere heart. This type of video is rare on CZcams these days.
Absolutely.Does he realise how brave and honest he is to open his heart like that.If I was 40years younger watch out!!!!! Rare person total respect ❤❤❤
Mate, I'm a fifty year old man and you have made me cry. We suffer so much for this society we inhabit and there are so many men now coming together. Peace brother
Dude, I’m 38 and I’ve lost a parent, had a divorce, stuck in a job where in spite of putting my best work on recently being completely unappreciated by those up above. I’ve spent many moments feeling sad, lost, lonely, isolated. It’s hard as a man we are supposed to be stoic all the time. There’s so much Joy out there even if you don’t see it right now I promise. Rose tinted days warmed by the sun. You’ve just got to persevere this is your stoicism arch. Be strong bro ❤
@@liamcooke1859Liam, losing a parent is one of the worst things we endure in life. I don’t have all the answers but I do know is this. Is she wouldn’t want you being so hard on yourself. We’ll never get those final words or missed moments back in but we life on in the circumstance and in the paradox of how did this happen to me. It’s so cruel but we won’t be the first people for this to happen to and we won’t be the last. I promise it does get better. Now when I see things that remind me of my dad I laugh and cry. It’s not just tears anymore. It’s like drinking poison and waiting for everyone else to get sick. Be strong my brother ❤
I’m 37 with 3 kids. An am goin thru some tough times with a couple of family members health. When your feeling low try to stay positive and always remember there is alway people out there that have been dealt a shittier hand than you. Stay strong brothers 😢❤💪🏻
I turn 58 this year and have spent the last 40yr working myself into an arthritic cripple. Lost my mother 6yr ago and spent 7yr trying to care for a father with dementia. Last year my daughter had a breakdown and got sectioned. Life's a bitch fella but we just gotta keep going. Try finding some time out for yourself.
Yep ,25 years working as a cleaner ,my traps are killing ,constant muscle flares in skull ,vertigo ,pissed right off ,dropped hours ,there's no winning in this matrix
Iam in a hospital bed watching this now.... Men go through so much hidden mental health issues and never talk about it... Your video is inspiring men mate thanks for posting this video.... 🙏🙏🙏
That's usually where I live! Sick of hospitals. Just wanna be healthy so I can get out and graft 😢 can't even walk atm. Awaiting more surgery. Stay tough, mate 🤟

@@AnonymousWaz That means more than I can say. If you are one of those who also works in the quiet to keep the world spinning, thank you too. Thank you all the same.
Just a quick note, things always feel worse at night. Don’t think at night, think in the day. Keep going, you’d be surprised what’s around the corner x
@@jordandunn5834well, I try looking at fun CZcams videos or ASMR or even something to distract my attention. Also, I tell myself that things always seem worse at night and that I promise myself that I will think of it in the day and push it to the back of my mind. It’s nearly perfect for night time relief. It does take some practice though
You are a better human being than any of the managing directors, top managers and the money grabbers. Thank god for people like you as you give me the strength to carry on. I’m the excactvsame as you and it’s so refreshing to hear a sensitive, intelligent and caring man talk. Thankyou so much 👍
Hi there - genuine and honest video. Men’s mental health is often over-looked. I’m 51 and recently lost my wife, the love of my life, and my life has been devastated. You will go through times where you don’t know what’s going on, or you can’t see a way forward or what purpose your life has, it’s normal and lots of people have been through the same thing. You are most definitely not alone in feeling the way you do, we all feel lost at times. Like you I’ve turned to this platform to try and come to terms with grief, a different thing, I know, but I feel lost too so there’s definitely things you’ve said that resonate with me. Good luck my friend, you are fortunate to be a young guy, take care :)
I had the same when I was 23, this is how I helped myself: I no longer care, I don’t argue, I don’t go looking for trouble, found a girl and do everything for her, learnt to play guitar, picked back up in the gym, changed my job. Little changes/hobbies/interests can change your day/mood massively
This was me, I done exactly this, 23 year old me with a gf and all, now she’s gone, I’m lost. I have no job, no girlfriend pretty much no life what so ever I’m so stuck and lost in my own fkn head I don’t know what to do anymore
My Mum taught me something too. She said "count your blessings". When you're focused on your blessings, you're not thinking about the problems in life. Problems we all have but blessings are what gets you through. Stay strong brother.
Gratitude really is a life changer. Instead of "I really miss those times" it could be "I'm so grateful I had those times, and I can have better times again". We can put a positive spin on even the most difficult situations.
@@TheHulksMistress humans are wired to be negative. Survival tool. We can try be positive and grateful but our brains will always point out the negative . I think once you learn to accept that, you find life easier. I just let my brain keep moaning but just crack on with life lol.
being lost in life is gods way of giving you the opportunity to explore the different avenues you havent discovered yet. trust your mind and your mind is the strongest thing to humanity. you got this bro!!!
I very rarely comment on CZcams, but had to say something. In some ways, it’s almost a breath of fresh air to come across a video like this, I feel like you don’t get many videos on CZcams like this anymore, the majority of CZcams is all just about getting likes, views, subscribing and doing shoutouts to sponsors, it’s exhausting, but there’s real humanity behind your video and it’s a brave thing to share it. But I can totally relate to this, I’ve worked in call centres and offices for years and at 27 (32 now) felt like my life was going nowhere, but eventually, got a better office job, felt a little bit happier for a while, but ultimately didn’t feel fulfilled. And the truth is I never really knew what I wanted to do with my life and I believe if you don’t know, life will choose for you. But what I’ve learned was by doing something that I hated doing for a long time, that helped sway me in the direction of doing something that I do love. I eventually did find my dream job, although can longer do it temporarily, but that’s another story. The point is, I believe happiness and fulfilment can be found in the places you least expect it to be, you just have to keep looking and you’ll know when you find it. Hope this helped.
38 too and the exact same. I feel like I was 21 only yesterday. I just assumed I'd have everything figured out and sorted by this age. I feel like I'm gonna wake up tomorrow and be 58.
41 year old male here. This is something every man goes through, just take note of the fact that every x10 years you become a different person. If you think back x10 years at how you viewed the world and our morals, you will evolve in to a different person. Think of it as living multiple different life’s, one life in your teens, one life in your 20’s, 30’s, 40’s etc etc…. Make small talk with strangers, smile at a cashier, hold he door open for someone, any kind act for a stranger you will receive back from the universe. Try it
Hey mate! We're all here for ya! I was brought up by my single mother and she is my rock, it is great to see a young lad that cares so damn much! Much love from Australia! ❤
Bless you. This video just appeared on my CZcams feed. Hope you had a good sleep and thank you for your honesty. You never know what’s around the corner. Stay strong 😊
Subbed. Glad you made this post, and you were able to put it into words, where most people struggle. feeling lost and not being able to verbally communicate it just brings more frustration to the situation, but you manage to do it. There will be a lot of us out there that will benefit from hearing those words to explain how we feel. thank you.
At 45 years old all i can offer is this... I honestly think there are whispers or signs along our own journey. Be aware of your surroundings, if something happens out of the ordinary take note of it. Look into dream meanings, they are accurate in what you're going through at any given piont in your life. When you think you are shrinking, even if its confidence, remember; everday you are stronger never weaker, because even when you was at the most confident time of your life, that you had never seen the things the 'you of today has seen' Also, follow and understand all the clichés! They are so true. My own top three are .. Everyone's perception is their own reality. A Picture paints a thousand words. Never let someone mistake your fairness for weakness. One more... Never a truer word said than in jest. Best of luck in your own journey, youll have good days youll have bad ones, just keep doing your best to improve, Oh, one last thing. Never look down on anyone unless your trying to help them back up. Next homeless person you see, Offer them a bite to eat or drink and you'll be glad you did. All the Best Grand
I empathise with you because i really really understand what your going throug. Getting in shape and doing mindfulness meditation is a good way to look after your mental/physical health so it's worth looking into that. I'm here for you man, sending a lot of love ❤️
I went from a quarter life crisis straight into the midlife crisis I'm currently in now. 😂 Working in a repetitive, mind numbing, soul destroying dead-end job around 🔔🔚s doesn't help matters, either. Plus being in a country which is proactively ruining any prospect of building a future through honest hard work, while promoting the opposite.
Just subscribed , glad you have a great Mum ! Hope you feel better in yourself soon and my goodness I am sure you are good at lots of things . You have 3k subs on CZcams, that is amazing ! Looking forward to watching more of your content !
Bro keep your head man. I’m 28 years old man and honestly I can relate. Especially living the UK and cost of living etc its not easy for anyone tbh as for a Man only men our loved conditionally and its our mothers (and fathers) who love us unconditionally. Just keep your head up and remember everyday waking up is a blessing and an opportunity to change your destiny you have to remember that. Bless up KING
You are empathetic fella… Some will see this as a sign of weakness and take advantage of you… Don’t let anyone make you feel like you are not worthy of existence let alone you as a person… Stay strong! We are living in very uncertain times whereby greed has taken over and a lot of people are so entrenched in their own selfish cesspool! Thankfully there are many that care! I have endured a lifetime of crap including serious illness… Served my Country in the British Army… Time spent serving within the Fire & Rescue service… Enduring my current battle with cancer… All that being said… Life is good! Turn every negative in to a Positive! Stay strong! Be good and more importantly… Stay safe! 😉
Its so sad how so many people feel this way including myself id prefer not to be here but id only upset my son and acquaintances h9pe you feel better soon ✨
Keep your head up mate. I relate to this alot. You seem like a top lad, and I believe good things will come to good people eventually. just dont give up and keep being you💪🏼🙌
I’m not sure why the universe (or the algorithm) brought your video to my feed but I appreciate that it did because I feel like this has pretty much summed up how I’ve felt the last few years tbh! Not quite a midlife crisis but I do feel like I’ve lived a thousand different lives! Good on you for being honest and speaking out, it will do wonders for you down the line and with a bit of time and patience things will fall into place exactly how they are meant to!
I'm training to be a counsellor. You are absolutely doing the right thing talking. I felt really lost a few years after having my children. I didn't know who I was other than being a mum. You can break the rut you feel in. Try one new thing, even if you go on a nice holiday with your mum. Mum's are awesome. So glad you have her support. I'm sure she loves you as much as you love her. So refreshing seeing a man, who is so self aware. Which is a really positive quality you have there.
I was the same as you, I felt I never fitted in had a major inferiority complex. My Life started after 30. Met the right woman. We had 3 children and that kept us busy. I think it's worse now with social media and the financial pressures on the population.... And I always say, Look behind the curtain. Try and understand what's happening out there. I question everything and Believe nobody. My Tip: Never live beyond your means. Never get in to Debt as this is a killer for your mental health. And just be the best person that you can. I know we are all different. I hope you feel better and live each moment as if it's your last - tomorrow is promised to no body .!!
Think you’re an intelligent lad. You speak well and in a world full of shit heads it’s refreshing to hear. You’ve probably done more for people in this video than you’d ever know. I was so lucky to have the best mam. Most selfless loving person and would have done anything for her kids. She died in 2020 but one of the last things she did for me has really given me a real chance. The only problem i have is she seen the years of grief I caused but never got to see me now when I m in my best place I ve ever been. Cherish the moment and just know everything works out. Keep a hold everyone
It’s a crazy internal battle. Our flesh makes us feel like we are failing and on the other hand our spirit is calling us for breakthrough. I’m 26 and feel the same as you. Your not alone
Really rate this mate, I have had some shite times in my life. But came through it a few years ago now and in such a better place. It takes time... but you'll get there. You got the right attitude and that's the most important thing.
I feel the same mate, this has really helped me out and I’m glad someone’s actually spoken up abt this as not many people do, your absolutely that guy that everyone would want as a friend in there life, carry on posting stuff like this we need more of these positive videos!
100 per cent agree, my friend. I've been at the same job for about 8 years now, and it was meant to be a stepping stone. Iv recently started up CZcams and it's given me a hobby to focus on. My little girl gives me the purpose I need, tho thankfully. Keep pushing and find a hobby if you don't hit the gym, try it it's incredible for your mental health.
Thanks for sharing dude. You're not alone. Im 43, and completely confused with life. As the years pass, the burden gets heavier. I hope you find some clarity in the time ahead. Love the part about your mum. That resonates.
Im 43 this year and mate i can relate so much, from the outside i live a perfect life , beautiful wife, 3 kids, i homeschool them so can holiday when i like , no financial worries and no 9-5 job, infact more free time than anybody i know , yet i feel like you i dont know what to do on a day to day basis at all, i feel sad and depressed a lot of the time and the fact i dont trully have a reason only makes me feel worse, 😢 Well done for sharing bro
@jo18533 thinking outside the box .. I make a lot of money online , loads of ways to make good money these days pal just gotta take advantage of the modern world
Having said that the fact of don't really have to do very much is I think part of the problem.. So it doesn't lead to happiness having money and not needing to work I can assure you of that.
Ive been there countless times and you do pass through it stronger, keep your head high and focus on your long term goals. You need something to aim for and that will get you where you want to be. Get yourself a good girl as well
Thank you for sharing mate - you’ll get to that light at the end of the tunnel. Just try to stay as positive as possible and one day things will just fall into place for you. That was very touching about your relationship with your mum too! Lots of love brother ❤️
We're all in the same boat. Going through our own individual daily struggles. You're not alone. Stay strong and keep moving forward. Things do get better with time my friend.
Don't worry and never be pressurized by society to believe that you should have everything figured out by late 20s or even 30s. It took me 40 years to get my act together. Almost gave up on life at your age, and again several times into my 30s. Things get better and breakthroughs often tend to happen when least expected.. I used to work alternating days and nights too.. This probably sounds like a cliche, but the rough patches are what build character and wisdom, so that you can play it forward later in life and help some other people going through similar stuff at a later stage.
+1 on the original post. I've also been so much shit in the last 5 years. I turn 40 in September. People have really shown their true colours too. It's been eye opening for various reasons. Please look up Jason fox. His books are amazing and will help you focus in life. I am personally ex military and emergency services. I have had to course-correct many times, there is no shame in that. "If your going through hell, just keep going". Your not alone lad. Look at where you want to be in life and get amongst it. Discipline is very important. You got this.
Mate, you are growing up in crazy times and I really don't envy you. That said, just remember that you are at still an age where your life's journey is in its early stages and that means you have a massive great big blank canvas that needs to be filled up. I'm glad you have recognised that your Mum is your main Allie too because when life seems like shit, then Mum will always have your back. Also don't sweat the small stuff because it ain't worth it, you'll be just fine.
You're a legend man keep your head up. Everything you said about your mam resonated with me deeply. You have me in tears here, my mam is the best person I know and also the reason that I'm still here. I went through a major depression when I was 24 and did not think I'd get through the other side. All things must pass, love from Ireland
Me too. I'm 27 and feel exactly the same. I've been going through a 'mid-life crisis' the past two years. I've been completely on my arse but getting there slowly. You aren't alone.
What makes you think it's a mid life crisis? I've been through one but I sometimes think people label situations because it's easier to say "it's a mid life crisis" 33 isn't old, but the males in my family don't live past 62 my father out of 7 being the oldest to pass. So 33 isn't that unrealistic. I plan on going to my 80s aslong as I'm happy and health is good. I've changed alot of things rhat can put me in a grave earlier. But as grand mother told me. ( she was 96 ) everyone is born with a number and when it's up its up. Healthy people drop dead, while abusers live longer. I have 1 best mate, I have 6 friends I'm not really in touch with for long time but all their fathers died before 60, youngest being 42 like I'm two year off that. Wild to me,
As a 59 year old who like you struggled in my 20s, I've just got one thing to say "when you're going through hell, keep going". You'll eventually find your place in life where you're happy, just takes some of us longer than others.
I was completely lost at yor age. Dont have parents I am bonded with. Both are nuts. Felt soon lost and alone for 15 years. Married now to my best mate and have 2 great kids. Life is fucking hard. Good luck.
I’m 54 and it’s got gradually worse over 30 years..I have had a terrible life and I’m totally isolated..10 years of total isolation will break any man as it just makes you sad..I can’t open up to strangers or professionals about what I’m going through and most nights I ask god to take me out my misery as I’m too cowardly to take my own life..Sending love from Leeds England ❤
Mate this just popped up randomly on my YT, knew the lad was from UK just from the thumbnail! I love how you talk about your mum man, love it and I know about the feeling of being lost without her, thanks for the video man you help a lot getting things off your chest I've generally had a mood change just watching this, thanks man!
I’m 29, abit younger than some of the guys commenting on here. I understand about the repetitive life, especially working at my job for 8 years. I’ve progressed through my job and done some pretty cool things but it’s got to the point where I needed change after doing near enough the same thing daily. Life is very demanding, as I’ve gotten older my circle of friendship is non existent but i go to the gym a lot and my social life there is great. I myself at times feel abit lost, not knowing the direction my life is going but the things that keep me sane are things that interest me and hobbies. I’m happy a lot of the time with my own company, put to much effort into people that didn’t really care unless it was beneficial for them. one piece of advice I’d give you is to go and do the things that make you happy, things will fall into place. The most important thing in life is yourself and your well being. We are in this journey together brother
It’s ok mate! It happens, I went thru this at 26/29 then things became better until 34, now at 35 I’m back to a crappy place mate. I went thru this at 13, 17 and also at 21. My dad used to always say to me, you can always trust your mother. After watching you explain her to us, you can definitely trust your mother.
This just came up on my feed, I’m 25 and I feel the same people my age progressing more than I am, as men we are not suppose to be happy all I do is work and pay bills maybe solo travelling will help motivate but I feel you and your not alone
37 man, my perspective is you're noticing you are starting to want more out of life. it is all about slowly adding it as you improve your surroundings. We live in a world of near instant gratification, and the things that really matter in the long run are the things that take time. You've got this, channel is off to a great start, keep at it mate.
32 ended up with depression at 29 lost my House, job, and willpower, tried to end myself but Jesus saved me started going to church just over a year a go Jesus has given my life purpose and spiritual guidance, depression has no place in me anymore i cannot recommend enough to anyone the power of Jesus Christ.
Amen, Jesus saved me 23 years ago. I was an addict with no hope, on a path of self destruction. I couldn't save myself but when I heard the gospel I felt the love and power of God, my life began to turn around. I'm so thankful for the salvation that Jesus freely offers us all. Iove my life, thanks to God's mercy.
I was born knowing and loving my God as I know him & Jesus my family are non believers and a atheist. However my atheist beautiful mummy then become a believer Here to wake up the mass God and Jesus is not a religion Religion is a cult and segregation And judgment God is us And Jesus was sent to wake up the mass as it has been controlled for billions of years Beyond control This is mother gia Not the government Which means mind -control Technology has rocketed through the roof humanity has gone to pot!!! ❤💓🙏❤️⭐️💎🌍🎤👁️👁️👁️👁️👁️❤️🙏
I feel you bro! Having purpose in life helps things grab something ur really interested in learn it and do it at the end of our lives we have nothing it's just darkness no consciousness. So while your here living do what u want and do what makes u happy, stay safe brother ✊️
I'm also 27 and feel similar quite alot. I'm autistic (not fully but on the spectrum), I train full time (competive powerlifter) with no paying job. I feel this external pressure from society to do things but just don't want to alot of the time. Getting a 9-5 job for the next 40 years of my life is scary. That's why I don't think I will ever work full time as I just don't think I could live my life like that. Also social media is a cancer that slowly rots my brain. I see people I barely know on instagram etc doing things I think I want to do and being successful in society and then I get down about it and it's a never ending cycle. Thanks for sharing your experiences, you've earned a sub 👍
You are evolving and learning. Life is a trial, and control is elusive. At 29, I suffered a deep depression which was exacerbated by events in the former yugoslavia. Life seemed pointless. The world was cruel. No energy. Listlessness set in. I'm 59 now, and I still don't know the meaning of life, but I do know that if you spend 2 minutes first thing when you wake up, thinking of 5 things that you are truly blessed with, (health, family, friends, shelter, food, options, etc.)instead of allowing your mind to restart the same stress-thought pattern, -it can truly change your mood and outlook. Stay strong, do the right things by yourself and those you meet, be mindful, and things will get better. Life evolves. Time happens. At 29, I was living in London. Now, I'm nearly 60. I have a wonderful 22 year old daughter. I live in Galway. I have a dog. At 52, I met the love of my life. I suppose I'm trying explain that no matter your circumstances, things always change, (the future is not written!) and you can facilitate this by injecting a small amount of positivity, at the right time. Respect.
@@JasonMurphy-d2whe is the way, the truth the life🙏🏻 I wish more young people would encounter Jesus. I've only just found him due to him changing me at 27. It's a shame media are so happy encouraging binge drinking drugs etc but refuse to encourage the truth!
Cherish every second with ya mum pal,Mine was taken suddenly a couple of years ago and i still can't get over it.Get off nights as well i did nights for 18 years 15 of them as a class 1 driver and it's screwed me up mentally and physically.
I'm a mum to a 9 year old boy, who's being awfully bullied ... In school and also on the street I live in .. but don't know how to help him other than kicking the living daylights out of these kids parents ..and I can't do that... Don't get yourself down lad!!! .. I'm hoping my boy doesn't feel bad..I'm trying to get him to stick up for himself... For some reason you made me think of my son... You're lovely 🇬🇧❤️🇬🇧
That's dreadful. I think that kids get bullies because they're singled out and those bullies are hurt themselves because they can't accept other kids for the way they are. I think you should tell your son that these bullies are weak-minded and I think he should be surrounded by mates who look out for him. If teachers do naff all, then your son really could benefit from being in a group of reliable mates.
Fair play lad for making a video like this , takes guts. I feel your pain on the night shifts, I do them also and they are destroying me slowly but I know I'll be finished them very soon. I'm also a clinical hypnotherapist and would gladly love to help you with some , free of charge , if that's something you'd be interested in. Chin up mate and hit me up if you do.
Del amertri, had a song years ago called..nothing ever happens nothing happens at all..the needle returns to the start of the song and we all sing aline like before.
Damn that was such refreshing honesty. I was literally glued to what you were saying. I think your mum would be very proud. Seems like she raised a very decent son. WIth that attitude you will go far in life in any discipline. Guess you just need to find what's fulfilling for you and go for it.
It can be an incredible thing to be where you’re at my friend. I was there for years. And tried everything I could. I even quit my job out of thin air and traveled around the world to look for just something of substance that was REAL. I was done with everything. I was done with fake. Just over 2yrs ago now, I encountered Him for myself. I physically felt my entire body light up, as if I was being re-wired. From that day onwards I have never felt the way I used to, ever. Looking back at it now, I know that all those years feeling beyond lost was leading me, not to find a building, not to find a bunch of rules on paper, but to find the one who truly has the power to change my life. Every part of my life is incredible now. I hope you take what I’ve said seriously, because I had tried and searched for everything, searched and searched until I found Jesus, (not dead religion), and now I’m found. :)
Amen!!! I agree with everything you said!!! Aged 29, l was feeling really broken. Thought the God squad were a bunch of lunatics. I admitted to myself that I needed supernatural help to move forward in life. I knew that no ordinary person could save me, so concluded that it would take a supernatural person to intervene. I had heard that "Jesus is the way, the truth and the life". Called out to Him, immediately felt a powerful presence surrounding me. Could not open my eyes for several minutes. He has given me purpose and meaning. This is what you need. Jesus is the answer.🙏
@@greenjewel509Yes!! I hated hearing anything to do with religion or “God” my whole life. Even the idea that people believed in a magical invisible man somewhere in the sky that lets all this evil happen, then judged me for not wanting to be a part of it, made me sick. But when I encountered him, he was nothing like I’d be told about. I thought he was some pasty white pushover weakling, if he even existed at all. But the power surging from him when he walked to me made my whole body basically paralysed. He knew that I was a foul mouthed mechanic and had done every immoral thing or drug known to man, but he didn’t condemn me at all. He told me the people he had a problem with when he was on earth were the religious ones. Not the “rough” or broken people. He’s cool as haha
You're a beautifully knitted soul, brother! Your Mum should be proud! This feeling of emptiness was not as common as it is today. As a society, we've recently forgotten the person who walked with us. Man needs fire 🔥 Thanks for sharing. Love and prayers brother ❤

Take it easy bro, life is worth living,it will get better

So fucking true mate, you're spot on
I came to the conclusion myself, call it immaturity pride, my only goals now will be to entertain myself and have fun while making enough money to live, ditch the pressure
No family?
Congratulations on taking the change, I work in an office and I cannot stand it but it pays the mortgage! Maybe one day I can take the leap.
Bless you man! 👏

The last thing you ned ro be doing is telling men happiness is found in females that will be 90z% of them downfall
so true 👍
Small steps, small positive achievements. Even the longest journeys start with one small step.
Running/gym is so good for your mental state of mind. You’ve got this bro 💪🏻
I agree 💯%. Regardless of what you're going through in life, there's always something to be grateful for.
If you have a lot of problems, maybe your Mum was the originator. She is if you think about it.
Fair play mate … just genuine straight from the heart . Shame not more people like this. Keep fighting the good fight
being lost in life is gods way of giving you the opportunity to explore the different avenues you havent discovered yet. trust your mind and your mind is the strongest thing to humanity. you got this bro!!!

Try it

At 45 years old all i can offer is this...
I honestly think there are whispers or signs along our own journey. Be aware of your surroundings, if something happens out of the ordinary take note of it.
Look into dream meanings, they are accurate in what you're going through at any given piont in your life.
When you think you are shrinking, even if its confidence, remember; everday you are stronger never weaker, because even when you was at the most confident time of your life, that you had never seen the things the 'you of today has seen'
Also, follow and understand all the clichés! They are so true.
My own top three are ..
Everyone's perception is their own reality.
A Picture paints a thousand words.
Never let someone mistake your fairness for weakness.
One more...
Never a truer word said than in jest.
Best of luck in your own journey, youll have good days youll have bad ones, just keep doing your best to improve,
Oh, one last thing.
Never look down on anyone unless your trying to help them back up.
Next homeless person you see, Offer them a bite to eat or drink and you'll be glad you did.
All the Best

You have me in tears here, my mam is the best person I know and also the reason that I'm still here. I went through a major depression when I was 24 and did not think I'd get through the other side. All things must pass, love from Ireland
Me too. I'm 27 and feel exactly the same. I've been going through a 'mid-life crisis' the past two years. I've been completely on my arse but getting there slowly. You aren't alone.
U planning on dying at 55 that’s abit early could live to 80

same as me 🙁
What makes you think it's a mid life crisis? I've been through one but I sometimes think people label situations because it's easier to say "it's a mid life crisis"
33 isn't old, but the males in my family don't live past 62 my father out of 7 being the oldest to pass.
Good luck.
Dont sell people pipe dreams.
@MickBollocks Been there brother. Hope things improve for you asap
You seem like a sweet and down to earth person. I hope you find meaningful pathways forward for yourself. Peace and blessings your way.
After watching you explain her to us, you can definitely trust your mother.
you got such a kind soul bro, society is really tough man. You got this dude. & I really do wish you the best.
Amen 🙏 Jesus saved me too 🙏🙏🙏
@@nicolahodges2 Amazing 🙏 I never thought I would be this happy and so content With my life, no stress what so ever just give it all up to God.
I was born knowing and loving my God as I know him & Jesus

Everyone’s path looks different mate ❤
Respect.
👏 👏
Jesus changed my life from phyc wards to prison from drugs woman and money to a completely new person born again loved accepted
@@JasonMurphy-d2whe is the way, the truth the life🙏🏻 I wish more young people would encounter Jesus. I've only just found him due to him changing me at 27. It's a shame media are so happy encouraging binge drinking drugs etc but refuse to encourage the truth!
Stay strong mate. We are with you! 🔥🙏🏻💪🏻
It’s scary how well timed this video is for what I’m going through right now. I’m 27 as well and feel so similar to you. We will get through it! ❤
Cherish every second with ya mum pal,Mine was taken suddenly a couple of years ago and i still can't get over it.Get off nights as well i did nights for 18 years 15 of them as a class 1 driver and it's screwed me up mentally and physically.
my mum use to call it the graveyard shift
I'm a mum to a 9 year old boy, who's being awfully bullied ... In school and also on the street I live in .. but don't know how to help him other than kicking the living daylights out of these kids parents ..and I can't do that... Don't get yourself down lad!!! .. I'm hoping my boy doesn't feel bad..I'm trying to get him to stick up for himself... For some reason you made me think of my son... You're lovely 🇬🇧❤️🇬🇧
@@Relaxwithnomes thankyou I hope your boys ok , if you want me to come deal with the bullies I will!!
Get him to a boxing/mma gym. Some of the nicest blokes going there and he can feel apart of something.
@@idowcare 💕
Blessings for your son and you also❤❤
wish the best for you mate, i’m feeling the exact same. I don’t feel like it’s going to change but i have faith it’ll be better some day
Thanks for posting this mate, kinda needed to hear this
Fair play lad for making a video like this , takes guts.
Lovely words and the respect shown to your mom. Keep fighting on
Damn that was such refreshing honesty. I was literally glued to what you were saying. I think your mum would be very proud. Seems like she raised a very decent son. WIth that attitude you will go far in life in any discipline. Guess you just need to find what's fulfilling for you and go for it.
i feel so lost aswell mate
@@greenjewel509 what a load of shit
You're a beautifully knitted soul, brother! Your Mum should be proud!
This feeling of emptiness was not as common as it is today. As a society, we've recently forgotten the person who walked with us. Man needs fire 🔥
Thanks for sharing. Love and prayers brother ❤
Really respect you for being so honest and open. Keep talking, keep being brave and I feel like good things will come your way. I really wish good things for you ❤
Stop working nights, we aren't nocturnal and it's extremely bad for your health. Get outside often and above all exercise and eat well.
I work nights and love it maybe it's not for you though, I'm quite happy alone putting a few quid away each week then booking concerts to go to and abroad next year. Try saving money nothing makes me feel better than growing a little savings I feel so secure now I have a bit of security behind me
💯
That's actually not true. From an evolutionary perspective, at least one person would stay up at night to protect the tribe.
@@colin6673 if that was true from an "evolutionary perspective" humans would be able to see in the dark. It's more likely true from a "things Colin made up today" perspective.
Not working nights will not solve all your problems but working nights is definitely not good for your health that's a fact.
