@murlibiswas see, actually the g17 variant doesn't have a Qhd(2k) DCI-P3 color gamut, I and I don't prefer the FHD display just for size. Also the g17 variant didn't come with the free gaming mouse and mouse pad. But of course I respect your decision....💯

Aree bro, I was just making this gaming performance video. I will be uploading in 4 5 days. I am testing on God of war. The performance is really nice the peak FPS In turbo mode(full settings) was 160. But on average it was 100fps which is pretty good for a heavy game like gow. The overall specs of tuf may come close to rog but the overall built quality, the cooling mechanism, the RGB lighting, and many aspects are much better in rog. Secondly it also depends upon your budget. And if the specs and the price are same definetly go for rog. But please send the Amazon link. One more suggestion, the rog g15 and g17 have only one difference i.e screen size 15 and 17 inches respectively. So if the screen size doesn't matter for you then, I would recommend that you should purchase the g15 as you would get more features in lesser price. But anyway finally it's your choice. Even tuf is really great laptop. But asus created tuf for a lower budget segment,so of course rog would be better, but only buy 2022 rog models old ones may not be better than tuf. But the main reason for me purchasing it offline was that I wanted to see what I am buying physically. Since I am using 80% limit, recommended by asus. This increases the battery life... But by normal usage, if you mean browsing the internet, watching videos, etc. And not playing games, editing, etc, then the battery lasts upto 5-6 hours,but if you play heavy games(like god of war, warzone, etc) ,then you will get around 2-3 hours. However if you play games without power connection, then the performance will not be very good. (Ex- without power supply connectivity, I get only 30 FPS ultra in god of war, and with power connection, I get 60 FPS ultra. Example Ryzen 7, 6th gen is better than Ryzen 9, 5 gen... So the generation of processor matters more than the actual version like 7 or 9... And secondly, we didn't want to buy it online. So we went offline, and that model wasn't available at that time so I purchased the other model, which was 10k expensive, but got two extra accessories, but that's not the main reason I gave 10k extra. Actually I personally find it a little risky to buy, such expensive products online. So yeah that's the reason I purchased the electro punk edition. But I hope you understand. This model is firstly a little expensive, than other ROG laptops that is why there are no reviews of this product on CZcams. However in my opinion, this laptop is really worth it. And you should definitely go for it. However I would also recommend you to consider the ROG Zephyrus, I don't know the exact model number, but it is white in color, and it is cheaper in the US. Bhai, strix g15 has a 15 inches screen and strix g17 has a 17 inches screen. But you must check both the models for specs. But if the specs are same then it depends on the requirements. Good question bro, see rog strix g15 and g17 both have many models, so it will differ from model to model... But the main and only difference is that g15 has a 15 inches display and the g17 has a 17 inch display(this measurement is measured diagonally). See, it depends on whether you want performance or quality see, I would prefer quality because it's the primary purpose of a display. The FHD display will not be as good as a QHD. However 144 Hz is also not good... My recommendation is that try to find a display in which both are good... Because 144/300 Hz are the refresh rates and the FHD/QHD are the resolution of the display... And I would recommend getting a display with both the aspects... Like my laptop has 165 Hz refresh rate and 2k display so it's working absolutely fine... I assume that by components you mean accessories, so yeah the gaming mouse and the gaming mouse pad came free with the laptop, but this is only available in the electro punk edition(pink, however only some parts are pink, and it kinda looks dope). So if you are planning to buy, then check once before you buy whether your model has them included or not.

The performance is really nice the peak FPS In turbo mode(full settings) was 160. But on average it was 100fps which is pretty good for a heavy game like gow. But if you want to know in detail, then wait for some time.

The overall specs of tuf may come close to rog but the overall built quality, the cooling mechanism, the RGB lighting, and many aspects are much better in rog. Secondly it also depends upon your budget. And if the specs and the price are same definetly go for rog. But please send the Amazon link.
One more suggestion, the rog g15 and g17 have only one difference i.e screen size 15 and 17 inches respectively. So if the screen size doesn't matter for you then, I would recommend that you should purchase the g15 as you would get more features in lesser price.
But anyway finally it's your choice. Even tuf is really great laptop. But asus created tuf for a lower budget segment,so of course rog would be better, but only buy 2022 rog models old ones may not be better than tuf.

And laptop is not a thing that the company makes "fresh" and gives it to us. It is made is China, and takes time for importing it in India..... and so it doesn't matter what is the manufacturer date, the date of purchase matters, while extending the warranty...

Battery backup kesa hai ? Normal usage pe
Since I am using 80% limit, recommended by asus. This increases the battery life...
But by normal usage, if you mean browsing the internet, watching videos, etc. And not playing games, editing, etc, then the battery lasts upto 5-6 hours,but if you play heavy games(like god of war, warzone, etc) ,then you will get around 2-3 hours. However if you play games without power connection, then the performance will not be very good. (Ex- without power supply connectivity, I get only 30 FPS ultra in god of war, and with power connection, I get 60 FPS ultra.
However, these points will be covered in my upcoming video of performance...
So I hope your doubt was cleared...

So we went offline, and that model wasn't available at that time so I purchased the other model, which was 10k expensive, but got two extra accessories, but that's not the main reason I gave 10k extra. Actually I personally find it a little risky to buy, such expensive products online. So yeah that's the reason I purchased the electro punk edition. But I hope you understand.

This model is firstly a little expensive, than other ROG laptops that is why there are no reviews of this product on CZcams. However in my opinion, this laptop is really worth it. And you should definitely go for it. However I would also recommend you to consider the ROG Zephyrus, I don't know the exact model number, but it is white in color, and it is cheaper in the US.

G17 aur g15 main difference kya hota hai
Good question bro, see rog strix g15 and g17 both have many models, so it will differ from model to model... But the main and only difference is that g15 has a 15 inches display and the g17 has a 17 inch display(this measurement is measured diagonally).
Also the g17 will have a higher price for the exact same specs as in g15... So basically it has a larger screen... But again it depends on model to model....

See, it depends on whether you want performance or quality see, I would prefer quality because it's the primary purpose of a display. The FHD display will not be as good as a QHD. However 144 Hz is also not good... My recommendation is that try to find a display in which both are good... Because 144/300 Hz are the refresh rates and the FHD/QHD are the resolution of the display... And I would recommend getting a display with both the aspects...
Like my laptop has 165 Hz refresh rate and 2k display so it's working absolutely fine...
But to answer your question, if I only had a choice between the options you gave then I would select a 2k monitor...
