I downloaded the EE app early last year (2020) and had problems with uploading FICA docs. But later last year I saw Capitec Bank made it available on their application, from then everything was easy... Thanks Capitec Bank and Easy Equities, it's a great platform...by the way I started investing in December 2020 thru EE..with a ZAR1500 and now I'm just short of reaching ZAR20000 in just 7 months.

How do i get through the tax information phase? I don't have a tax number simply because i am a student but i can't find the "i don't have a tax number" option you're taking about.

You have to follow up on financial publications, JSE website as well...but seek more info... it's available on the internet

Let me sum up "understanding the stock markets". When a company messes up like Purple Group is doing now, their share price fall significantly. Then you buy.. Purple Group who has a niche in South Africa will work harder by making sure they stop trying to be more hip than professional. Then in a few years the stock price climb and you sell.
Get your platform/app/website sorted out by getting a new app development team leader.
You have the niche here in South Africa. Better keep on top of it before Robinhood comes here and take the market right under you.
