I have three questions about this Ending.
1st - Was that the right decision?
2nd - Should another goddess carry the sword?
3rd - Did you like this ending?

Requirements:
First off, you must view the following Chirper Events during Chapter 2 since these events are a prerequisite for the Conquest Ending Route. These events are called the Cursed Sword Rumors.
Chapter 2 Chirper Event
Talk to Slayer at Lastation after completing all events at Lastation
Talk to Evil Mama at Lowee after viewing the event where Rom is kidnapped
Talk to Voyager at Leanbox after the event where Chika gives you a quest
Now before your 2nd battle with CFW Magic at Chapter 5, you must meet the following requirements. In case you haven't viewed this ending yet and you have already maxed out the Lily Ranks for every character, the only way you will be able to view this without going to the Holy Sword Route is that you must not recruit all the Makers and you'll just have to recruit the CPUs.
Conquest End Requirements:
Viewed the 3 Curse Sword Rumor events
Planeptune's share is at 55% or higher
All CPUs has joined the party (Neptune, Noire, Blanc, Vert)
The shares of Lastation, Lowee and Leanbox are at 15% or lower
After defeating CFW Magic, you'll be now locked on the Apocalypse Chapter. Finish this chapter and you will unlock the trophy.

It's really painful
She's always available in party unless she's incapacitated. Like in Rebirth 1 when she's poisoned.
Can we talk about the amazing voice acting? It’s stunning
Honestly, the 82 hours it took playing though this lame game (I loved Re;Birth 1) were worth it for this ending., holy fuck. I was NOT expecting it to go full Corpse Party. The scene with Rom has genuinely emotionally scarred me. Kudos, devs.
At first when I read about this ending I want to collect all ending. But after I watch this I think I can't no I WILL NOT DO THIS ENDING. It's too painful even just watched.
I want this to be a movie. Let us cry together....

2019: I still crying watching this... Hope Idea Factory/Compile Heart think very well before do something so heartbreaking again.
when I see that Conquest Ending, I feel sad and painful as if the real sword or blade stab on my belly.

For some strange reason what I always remember of this end is the cries of Chika.
Although a bit late. Got bored trying to get this ending and just ended up watching this. Holy f*ck, this is traumatizing. Just seeing the fact that Noire killed herself, oh my fucking god. Aaaaa... months of depression are coming.
1: The moment Noire died there was no turning back, so fuck it.
2: Nah, none shall carry that burden.
3: Didn't like it nor hate it, it's an interesting one because it's not a happy-go-lucky ending at all. Props for breaking that troupe.
Anyway, fuck.

2. i think the only another viable option is vert sience she doesn't have sister, so she doesn't need to suffer from killing her own sibling.
and also the problem with another goddess or candidate is whoever last standing gonna be despised by chika as long chika still alive and whoever surving goddess or candidate gonna struggle to take over leanbox while chika is still denial about vert death
3. its complicated, i mean neptunia as far i concerned are supposed to have whacky and goofy story, but then IF and CH decide to do full 180 and make the story about desperation and hopelessness in neptunia series, can't bring myself to liking it bcos of how nepgear must killed her friends, but in other side i can't bring myself to hate it because it not so often that neptunia game have serious dramatic moments, but yea it was way too serious imo.
and somehow whenever there is some kind of bad ending in neptunia series, it is always nepgear the one who witness everything that goes wrong and experienced the suffering in later game
1st - from that point this may the best choice she has(I don't count the holy sword ending ). To use Gehaburn or didn't use it and have a hope that it'll have other choice.
2nd - Definitely not Rom or Ram. I don't know who'll better may be Neptune? She is lazy but she can stand by herself compare with Nepgear, she is a hard worker, but most of the time when she had to choose hard decisions, she had to had someone near by to push her forward(IF Compa Uni....). She always push too much logic in her though. May be Blanc from her personality, but I don't think she can kill her sisters.
3rd - I didn't like this ending, but I didn't hate it. Because from her view this was the only hope that she had to save Gamindustri.

la verdad fue una decisión difícil pero solo teníamos el control de evitar que saliera este final y lo de cual diosa podría tomar esta espada creo que neptune sería la más apropiada pero como no sería capaz de matar a su propia hermana se lo dejo a miss Nepgear y no, yo odio este final de ver a morír a Nowa chan lo sentí vivo en ese momento.....

And I want to really lay it down, so I'm considering this to be a spoiler.
The ones spreading the rumors... I think they're the hardcore ASIC brass who really wants to set the world on fire by having a single sword bring a curse upon the world once it's used. Maybe that's the real play, and every pawn in ASIC would never know as they were being used entirely.
1. No, it wasn't the right decision. I think it's pretty obvious but this is the worst decision. The tone entirely changed to an unfitting thing, just to show some kind of message. The other endings are better decisions since the goddesses don't have to die, and Gamindustri won't be doomed forever.
2. Nepgear was the only one, since she's the protagonist of mk2/Re;birth 2, but also, she's easily manipulated, the sword did its job. But honestly, no one deserves to use that disgusting sword.
3. It's a bad ending, and I don't like how the game changes entirely in tone, and the characters just have an irrational behavior. "Neptunia serious storytelling brooo" ok, and? Neptunia isn't supposed to be like that, if you think that ending should've been the canon one, then you wanted another fucking reboot, or no more Nep games.
If i in the game i will say *you choose the wrong path*.

3 well it was a well writed ending but i didn't like so much, it bring me a lot of suffering damn it
would be better for Vert to carry the sword. She is the only one without a sister and if she killed nepgear and neptune after they had killed the other goddesses then nobody would hold a grudge against her. Vert is also important for Chika. maybe Noire should hold the sword as she is the most talented CPU, but i dont think Uni would be too happy about being killed by her. Noire could spare her, but then it could be a small chance the sword would be too weak to defeat the diety of sin. by the looks of it the optimal outcome would be Vert killing nepgear and neptune after they had gone on their venture to kill the other goddesses.
Morally, Vert does sound like the right choice. However, Nepgear is the best choice when it comes to running the entire continent. My gut feeling is that the writer knew this, and it's exactly why we have the conquest ending.
All of the goddesses were messing things up until they became frenemies. The 4 nations with their goddesses needed everyone else to keep them in check. The candidates from Leanbox and Lowee aren't the leader type, and Neptune's laziness means that Nepgear is forced to help run things. Nepgear actually had a good relationship with everyone else, candidates and goddesses.
However, what the Diety of Sin said would probably come true. Nepgear is still young, and will eventually make mistakes. It'll just happen later vs everyone else.
Thinking it through, Vert would probably be on the shortlist provided there was someone to get her to stop playing online games for long enough
@@JoeStuffz Vert is the kind of person that would get distracted a lot, but im 100% sure if she was the last cpu in the world she would take it 100% seriously. Also, I'm sure Uni would be way better than Nepgear as the last cpu as Nepgear is still very weak and submissive and needs 8 fucking people to motivate her to kill a dogoo. Uni relies a lot on her sister, but her entire life has practically been trying to become Noire. Nepgear's only experience comes from the adventures of neptunia 2 assuming her entire life has been lazing off with Neptune, which is probably true.
