Mo needs a professional to help him with his content. Teach him to show people more than he does. A good example was the other day he went to the Gold Restaurant at the top of the Burg Al Arab hotel. He showed us more of the escalator and the elevator to get to the restaurant than he did in the restaurant. And he didnt show a single meal that they ate.
Same as if he goes anywhere, he shows the drive there but not what he does when he gets there.
Look at his soccer games, he shows us him driving there, but never shows us the soccer. He says i am here at soccer and then immediately cuts to ok soccer is finished and i am leaving now.
Get a professional to help him make better and more interesting content. Maybe teach him editing too.

he used to end the vlogs officially and add 3 to 4 minutes extra after the ending, that was when he was between 50000 and 150000 approx, then he stopped doing that. When he stopped doing that the view diminished a little but the subs kept increasing. Also he used to do 20 minutes vlogs, but 50% watched till the end, so he stopped long vlogs too and kept it short. He also said there was a reason for that, if most of the viewers watch till the end, he gets more money. So shorter vlogs= at least 85% or more watching the full vlog.
