On 27th Dec 2023 Coimbatore - Bengaluru 8 car Vande Bharat train arrived at Hosur for the first time in history . This train was on a trail run and the commercial operations will begin from 30th Dec 2023
Actual plan is before March, jolapettai to coimbatore section to be upgraded to 130kmph, already Arakkonam to vellore trains are running at 130kmph, we are able to travel from Chennai to erode in just 4.3 hrs, so those who are complaining that non premium trains are made to run slow for VB can take relief soon, as the track will be upgraded soon and time will be adjusted, even now intercity with the speed increase is doing a time of 6 hrs only, but they loose time in some stations and make it up in others, so that issue is there

@@ganesh3687 adhu high speed train na, it's not about speed alone, it has better acceleration and less stops. Naturally they are going to ask premium price, same applies to shatabdi too. Till speed is upgraded and shatabdi is stopped these issues will be there, but point is they have tweaked the other trains timings but it's not so bad like it's projected. And the track speed increase have benefitted sf trains too like kovai enna annalum 6 hrs la it reaches Chennai from erode, avanga prechna enna na morning 7:30 am eh 7:50am eh mathunadhu than and the middle stations time variation also one of the issue

Stop all other super fast trains and give way to vandhe bharat..collect 5 times higher money just to reach 20 to 30 min earlier..
Double track work going on... It will be completed soon... So no need to stop all other superfast train... Moreover the train is running in less rail traffic time only... Usually hosur is busy from evening 5 to morning 9... But Vande Bharat from comes 10:40 morning and afternoon 2:52 so Vande Bharat will cross with Mumbai LTT on Hosur...
@@akhandbharatxkavi it's happening all over India bro..recently I went from Mumbai to vadodara..same thing happened..just like they made vaigai express to wait in tamil nadu..lot of times Chennai mail from banglore used to reach Chennai in 4 hours., You might have seen..some times trains come at 1 or 2 hours late but reach destination on time..this train avg speed is 89 kmph as per railways., the existing locos wap which we imported from Swiss and licenced version manufactured in India where operating upto 180kmph with 18 coaches and tested at 240kmph..I don't know why they fool the people., We just need trains having avg running speed of 100 or 120 kmph..so I can reach banglore in 3.5 hours or coimbatore in less than 5 hours...thats all we need..
Thala Vaigai express first it got late at trichy, since it had to allow vandae bharat due to clash in timing, now the time is streamlined and 10mins average late iruku till trichy, but madurai it reaches before, it will take time before the Tejas and shatabdi are replaced by vandae bharat express and speed to be upgraded, in my native route Chennai to coimbatore we don't face such issues because the speed is upgraded to 130 and coming March Salem, coimbatore section will be upgraded to 130kmph. But this route does not face much issues like the trichy route, neenga solra maari 1-2 hour late is possible in north, here avalo late lam illa
