It needs to be set to the odometer reading first (not trip A or trip B) Press the button and cycle through till you see ODO (your mileage) then release, turn it off hold the button and turn it back on.

Thx worked. Do you know what the Lexus default is for when this light comes back on? Is it based on a clock or mileage or which ever comes first? If mileage, is it 3000mi? I assume I can go at least 5k with full synthetic (engine oil).
