➤ ABOUT US: Hi! We’re Nick & Raychel, and we want to help people open their eyes to alternative living, whether that be teaching English online, moving to Cambodia, taking advantage of working holiday visas, or building a DIY stealthy camper van to live & work on the road. Nothing is off limits when adventure is the ultimate goal. After three years of living full time van life throught Canada, Mexico and the USA, we're now car camping our way through New Zealand in a Land Rover Discovery 1.
Our goal here is to bring you weekly content where we hope to inspire you to break free & live the life you desire. On this channel, we talk everything from finances to minimalism to working online to mindset and post a weekly vlog of our daily lives. We hope you join us on our journey to see the world, save money, live minimally, and most importantly, have fun.
So if you're looking for a channel about van life, alternative living, and budget travel, you're in the right place.
Thank you for joining us on another adventure this week! We honestly loved exploring this part of Otago & so happy we could finally go back to film it. We are a SHORT COUNTDOWN away from our move to the North Island so any must-dos recommendations in the South Island are welcomed with open arms & we can't wait to see what's next. x
Big hugs for memories of dad in the gold rush town 🤗
❤️❤️❤️
Great video. Interesting fact my dad was in charge of doing all the steel work in the Clyde dam. My uncle was the one who did most of the concrete work. I would also suggest checking out Clyde if your interested in the history of the region. You will also really enjoy the west coast if you're interested in the mining history of new Zealand
Oh that’s so cool! And thanks for the recommendations :)
The wine sounds fabulous!
It was so good 😊
My grandpa worked in the mining industry in Northern Ontario, I’m not too sure what position!
I seen you two in Queenstown yesturday, you looked so cute together with Nick's arm around you with no cameras around! You're the second most famous people I've seen on the street lol
Hahaha aww love that!
Awesome ill need to check these places out. Im moving to Queenstown on Monday, from Australia :)
You will love it!
Clyde is fabulous. A must to visit and the Bannockburn sluicings
The gold mine town is sooo cool and quaint, really enjoying this video ❤😊 love that cinema/bookstore you showed! So cool
We can’t wait to go back there on a date omgggg 🥹
I am in Coconut Park in Phnom Penh that has the indoor skating dome, across the river from Aeon Mall and near the Canadian international school. Is that where you and Nick were skating in your videos?
No that is new I don’t think that existed when we lived there!
Rere Falls in Gisborne, you'll see when you get there.
Did you do some gold washing?
🙌🏿🔥
❤️❤️
The thing with Aussie is, you go to this place, but watch out for this animal , it wants to kill you. Then you go to that place, but watch out for this other animal that wants to kill you to. Then head down to the beach, but watch out for the animals in the water, they want to kill you also. Then you head up north to the dinosaurs that want to kill you. You did well escaping with your lives.
There’s a local winery in Millten Tennessee the mushkeydime wine that’s good
