    I had this, in a lymph node on my left inner thigh..
    Had I arrived at the ER 20 minutes later? I wouldnt have made it.

    necrotizing fasciitis is more a clinical diagnosis rather than histological diagnosis. This was not much good reproducible criteria for diagnosing it versus usual acute infection. Thrombosis may be more commonly seen in NF.
