Jump Force throws together your favorite Shonen Jump characters into a 3v3 brawl! The fighting is flashy and fun at first, with iconic moves and super attacks from each series. You even get to create your own custom fighter! However, the story mode is a missed opportunity, failing to capitalize on the amazing character interactions fans would love to see. The missions outside of fighting can feel repetitive, and the combat itself, while fun, lacks depth and can get old after a while.
So, if you're an die-hard Shonen Jump fan, then Jump Force might still be a fun experience to see your favorite characters duke it out. But for those looking for a deep fighting game or a compelling story, this one might not hit the mark.
